Love your style of vlogging it's so easygoing and realistic. My hair suffered in Bali after 6 months but the only thing I found that made a difference was using Olaplex or getting deep conditioning treatments. I did have a filter on my shower but it's not possible to control when you travel around and stay in lots of different places. Adding Rise to my list next time I am back!

Yea, Melbourne is comfortable to stay but not for some food in cafes although its so fresh.Love the beaches.

Maybe your hair started to get thinner because of constant lightening and coloring. Even if it was not the case before at some point everyone experience this. I hope it will get better but really you can try to stop dyeing your hair for some time and see if it’s getting better :)

I think your idea of using drinking water to wash your hair is a grrat idea. Also maybe try washing it less freuquently and also always cover your hair with a hat. I rarely go out in the sun without covering my hair (tying it uo and wearing a hat on top)
