Was in Melbourne back in March been a couple of times. Love the district of Carlton lots of nice places to eat, very nice coffee and gilato icecream. Melbourne State Library is a stunning building to visit and the city has some good museums, laneways and coffee places to while away the hours.

Perthian here. When i pack for Melbourne. I always pack fingerless gloves (my hands get freezing cold) and a denim jacket (i find that its the easiest and versitile layer that actually cuts the wind)

Agreed! Melbourne is truly 4 seasons in one day. Pack for all types of weather. But you’ll love it. Make sure to visit Hosier lane too. 😊

I’m trying to do this too because I literally go insane each month and then I get my period and it’s like I can breathe again! Another thing that is supposed to make a huge difference is exercise so I’ve just begun training for a half marathon here in Malaysia in January!

@@GeorgiaCaney So basically your cycle has four phases and you eat different things, and seeds, for each phase. The lists are incredibly extensive so I'm unable to type it all out but there are a lot of videos on cycle syncing on RU-vid, and I looked up cycle syncing diet on Pinterest and found some useful, informative images I downloaded. To start though, (because it's easy to remember lol) flax and pumpkin seeds for the first two phases then sunflower and sesame seeds during the last 2.

@@LaurenAngela_aufDeutsch Yeah, different types and intensities of exercise are recommend for the different phases, but I feel like so much more contributes to my energy levels (such as poor sleep) so I'm just going to listen to my own body when it comes to working out. I wish you all the best for the marathon!
