Not just those who travels. I noticed some S.E.Asians wear sweater or light jacket when the weather goes below 24 degrees Celsius (especially when it's raining heavily). 😂

I've said it before but I'll say it again because it's really important. Even if your diet sucks seed cycle. It's very easy to do. When you start your period have at least 1tbsp of pumpkin seeds and 1 tbsp of flex seeds every day until you are half way through your cycle. Then switch to 1tsp each of sunflower and sesame seeds daily until you are on your period again. It is very easy to add them to any meal. You need to keep an eye on your cycle to know when you are ready to switch around halfway but that is all. Results should be noticeable in about 2/3 months. I was really skeptical but it's actually working

Your personal efforts to stay positive despide all what's happening is great,Georgia. I wish good luck with the house fixing work. It's unpleasant event what happened and sorry to hear it. Hair pulled backside is looking good on you,just wanted to say it. It's opening your nice face. Also not wearing make up is totally fine in your case. You don't really need it,in my opinion. Looking bright and fresh this way. Plus is good for the skin in general. Of course a little bit of colour sometimes is totally girly thing so why not whenever you feel like. And last but not least,great news that your parents are visiting soon. I feel somehow that's what you need right now. Their presence around you there. So happy preperation and meeting them soon. Hi Georgia, great video as always. You look good even without makeup because you're still young. 30s is fine, girl, compared to my age! But it's the inside one feels that counts and i have mostly good days 😅 so i chill 😂😂. You do a good job here, absolutely love your work, especially the food and the views it's awesome. Love the pictures too you have good eye. Hope you'll enjoy the Christmas season coming soon especially the peace and blessedness of the Greatest Gift of all.
