Well thanks to James for allowing us to see his beautiful condo and fabulous complex, and thanks Cooper for a top notch tour, you covered everything. What a fantastic sea view from the balcony, you certainly get what you pay for. For myself though, I’ll be looking for one of the low rise or low floors as I’m not great with elevators. We were in a high floor at Horizon 101 in Cebu, and the elevator stuck for a while. Loved the view but I’ll stick to low floors with a stairs option in future.

Very comprehensive condo review......good job. I've seen reviews of this condo before....but your review was ABSOLUTELY the well done. Absolutely loved that you showed what was around the condo.....most reviews fail to understand the importance of that....the environment eg amenities..around where you live is as important as where you live. I was focused on the Palm Wongamat....but because of your review.....l will give the Riviera very serious consideration. Thank you for all your hard work and effort.

The Riviera condos are fantastic with great design & facilities there..tastefully done rooms given the sizes. I’m with u with the vertigo as far too high a floor for me but good views…apart from the construction condo tower eyesore in front of you. It’s an upmarket area with mostly new condo towers all around if you like that with higher prices…Wongamat & Cosy beaches are the best beaches in the area. Good choice of mbikes too!! I’m a Honda ADV fanboy!!😉😎🙏🏼👍🏻

Nice view. Much to high for my comfort. Great price. My worry is fire and power outages. Not worth the view if that happens. Visit yes, live no way. Keep up the great content as usual gang.

James is Jason's Good Vibes homie from down under featured on many of his vids. Great guy. When I was young, I used to work on my fathers high rise construction jobs on the beaches in Florida, No safety harnesses, no guardrails. The heights did not bother me at the time, but I would not like to live that high up. Also, my Thai buddies told me that the water pressure on the upper floors of these behemoths can be low, but I figger that the newer buildings solved this problem.

Depends on length of stay. 6-12 months gets best deal especially if you pay cash in advance Joel. Email if your interested and I will put you in touch with the agent. Please include dates minimum stay is 6 months there I was just told.

No. Internet. Is put in by the building if you want it. Not sure on the price. Utility is always extra.

Depends on season. But the going rate is 20k baht with minimum 6 month contract. If it’s monthly it will be more Roger 👍❤️👍

@@CoopersThaiAdventure so 42nd floor and 15 floor is the same price because you said if it is lower floor is cheaper so it’s my mistake because he paid 20k for the top floor sorry for my stupidity
