First of all, CONGRATULATIONS TO THE DEVELOPERS AND ACTORS! You’ve done an amazing job and we can tell you’ve worked hard to achieve this. However, I hope you will fix some issues with the weird sculpting shadows and the wrong highlighting on the characters’ faces as well as correct their eyes’ textures that seem to be too bright. Most parts are matters of lighting that needs to be handled better. Also, please change Rachel back to the design you chose for her in the first released screenshots of the remastered collection. You made her so beautiful and more human-like! 💙 And the same goes for Chloe and Max. Please, don’t abandon the designs you chose for them when you released the first 3 screenshots. Other than that it’s exceptionally beautiful!! 💙 I can’t wait to play it AGAIN!

I know this is just a remaster but I wish they could add bonus scene to Bae (Sacrifice Arcadia Bay) ending. It hurts me that it was shorter than Sacrifice Chloe ending :/

This game has gave me a whole new perspective of life tbh.

@Life is Strange Something is off... I hope those will get fixed: 1) Some parts have very sharp colors/contrast (or something), it *loses* the feeling of nostalgia that the game has! fix it, VERY important! 2) Fix the eyes, way too dramatic/big. 3) BTS: Rachel/Chloe, please keep the original shape and shades of Chloe/Rachel (BTW, Chloe looks like zombie @0:34). 4) Fix cringe puzzles... especially the Victoria bucket, I bet if Max was real, she wouldn't think of that and will go about it differently, imo sprinklers are enough... 5) burry Chloe & *Rachel* & William next to each other… 6) Some textures are better, some the same, I assume that you will improve all of them in the coming months... _I know it's unfinished, but just wanted to give extra feedback, so when it's out it's right_ BONUS TIP: Test what is the right order to play for new players... I read a *Reddit post that suggest (with consensus) LIS -> BTS, otherwise players tend to focus only on Rachel and rush through the first game and ignore Max character & others. I came up with new order that overcomes those issues & maximize the impact : LIS 1->4 (Stop right after getting back to the original timeline). BTS 1->3 (without the ep3 ending spoiler about the Dark Room). LIS 4->5... then Farewell. Since episode 4 is focused on finding Rachel anyway, it will give players adrenalin and motivation to find her, and finding her will be far more emotional. In other words, I think this is the perfect recipe for Max depression, haha. Some shots of the characters look breathtaking with the remaster, others just look... I dunno, a bit weird and unnatural? I really hope they'll take the time they have left to polish everything out

Kinda sad so see the leaked trailer was identical to this one. Was expecting more visual changes. Still, looking forward to the remaster.

Max’s hair is pretty different in this new remastered version, not bad tho. Also, is it worth getting the remastered even tho if you own the original?

When I look or think about Remastered, I think about two important tings: Characters and background (surroundings). This can be referred to the Spiderman Remastered game, where Peter Parker's face has changed and improved. Also, New York City map has changed and improved. The Life Is Strange Remastered is decent but I expected the same animation as the Life Is Strange: True Colours, and not too similar to the old animation. The characters' eyes are much bigger and the eye colours are much brighter than expected. Chloe's face is different in the first game than the first game, so they must improve to make the same face and same hair style (colours are different so no biggie on that). I can say the game is good, but the graphics and animations are not attractive enough and can be improved a lot. The developers can still improve the game a lot till September release date, and we would be much appreciate it if there can be a lot more improvements in the characters and background, being very similar to the True Colours game. Thanks.

I already pre-ordered true colors and I'm so ready to be with Max and Chloe again I can't wait 💙💙💙

What I’m really excited for with this remaster is the assertion that they utilized full facial capture. The addition of improved facial animations for the characters would make the remaster just flat out better than the original, they could have been lazy and just updated the visuals, but they apparently took it one step further.

I played this game during a dark time in my life. In 2016 during my senior year we lost our home in NY and were living out in hotels or sleeping in our car. I wasn’t able to go to school which really made me livid considering the same sort of situation happened in 8th grade (so both years I was supposed to graduate) one day while we were sitting in our room we were able to get for the next few nights, my brother and I stumbled upon life is strange. As soon the American girls song started I could tell this was going to be a game I would love for the rest of my life. Fast forward 5 years later I’ve gotten my diploma and fortunately haven’t been hit hard by the pandemic. I’m in TN where I was for 8th grade and just can’t wait to go home. This game will always mean a lot to me. Can’t wait to play it again.

Well, I won't buy this if you didn't expand *Sacrifice Arcadia Bay* ending by being loyal to the original storyline. The developers made that ending so dirty that it was shorter than Sacrifice Chloe ending.

I'm wondering about the "Vastly improved character animation using full facial mocap performance". Are they going to use the old recordings and transfer them better into to the game or re-do them. If they are re doing them, are the dialogues going to be re recorded too? or just will it be matched to the old voice files. I feel like re recording is more likely as it's easier to match the voices to the faces. I wonder how much will it differ, like you can't record it 100% the same as it was. Also the "Updated and refined gameplay puzzles" i wonder if there will be different scenes caused by this in the game, i think probably not but then how much will they be improved?

This game changed the way how I see people and the world (and taste in music). Thank you Life is Strange Team. 💙 Im hella there to support these games.

As great fan of both games: Max is decent for me, but Chloe and Rachel have very big and bright eyes (look like Sims) , the hair movements are nice, and the landscapes look better (lighthouse scene is precious)
