Popcorn hack: You can “air pop” popcorn in the microwave by using a brown paper lunch bag and some popcorn kernels. Then spay with a little cooking spray so the salt will stick. Zero points and easy (and cheaper) as popcorn bags. 😊

Hey!! I love your show. I have watched it for years. I also enjoy the veggies with blackened chicken. I eat it with kimchi which is super yummy!! Low calorie spicy flavoring. Not sure how many points it is? I hate clicky environments. The world needs to relax and except each other for who we are. Thank you for all the great motivational tips!!

Yesss 👏 Farmer Wants a Wife is def better than The Bachelor & your salad looked amazing! But like you said, it doesnt have to be fancy. Simple is always best

I’m seriously loving the show. I’m anxiously awaiting the next episode on Hulu! It seems less orchestrated than the Bachelor.

@@kmtruesdell Oh for sure. The Bachelor has calmed down a little bit with Jesse Palmer versus the two female hosts but Farmer Wants a Wife is more real and realistic to real (farm) life and the guys are straight up cowboys so you get more of a feel for them. The Bachelor has too many opportunities to be fake or inauthentic.
