I actually had to stop playing this after 3 minutes. My face feels flush and is in fact red. Memories too haunting, enchanting, extreme... will articulate my feelings perhaps some more after they churn for a while. I will say this now: I love Eric Burdon (he is my favorite singer, my favorite front man, my favorite concerts of all time were War's w/EVB. I have seen him in person, yada yada. Even have a photo I took of him on the streets of L.A. (silly me did not write the date or the place). I will be buried with it. Thank you for inspiring him. Aging into fine wine ourselves, we all.

She'd not like this story, as Eric was quite simply very infatuated with this woman for a reason only he might know, [or not.] I have my own take on this song, and it is more tame -- not so lurid -- as this is. I was watching Eric"s show when he's much older and I had the feeling he's not nice (just a gut feeling). There was numerous young girls in tiny clothes surrounding him and I found it odd for it seems he wants "youth by contagion ". That looked spooky for me. I researched a little and came across with your video but there's only one. I can't buy the book. I don't think there are terrible consequences in case you want to tell your story, if it therapeutical to you. Anyway...
