Love and hugs Martin ❤️ You are a fighter that cancer is scared of!

Hey bro, thank you for your truthful and honest sharing. Sending you love and gratitude! I can fully understand the experiment that you were talking about. What if we have absolutely no idea about our illness and all the treatments we have undergone? How will it impact us physically, physiologically and emotionally? I asked myself that question many a time in the past. In the end, I decided that rather than "experimenting" with it, I would "live" it and "dive totally into it". After all, what do I have to lose? If nothing else, at the very least, I will be much happier in the moment. I approached it by focusing more on being positive towards my cancer rather than trying to be unaware of it (which is impossible since i already know i have cancer). I began by changing my attitude towards my cancer. Rather than seeing it as something I am fearful or anxious about, I approach it with feelings of love. I see it as a wayward child who has gone astray. With love, understanding and compassion, I will beckon it to come back. Instead of seeing it as something scary, I visualize my tumour as a "lost and helpless" child and I ask myself how I can help him to find his way home. At the end of the day, it is simply about being kind, gracious, accepting, loving and compassionate to ourselves. After all, our tumours at the end of the day, really originated from our own cells. Gradually, i made peace with my cancer. Whatever happens, so be it. When I think about it, I only feel love and compassion for it (and also for myself). The fear and the anxiety were completely gone in the last few years. In a week's time, I will reach my five-year mark which I suppose is a big thing for pancan. I am not sure how much the attitude helped me survive the cancer but it has definitely transformed my life completely. Perhaps it is because the same kindness and love that I extended to the cancer permeated every other aspect of my life - relationships, marriage, children, family etc and changed everything in ways i could not have imagined. I am not sure whether this sharing is as useful for you as how your story had inspired me when I was diagnosed with pancan five years ago. I hope it is. Wish you love and peace, my brother.

This was so honest. The mindset switch is interesting. I too would never have known I was sick, except for the treatment making me feel sick. It gives new meaning to being present in the moment. And also "ignorance is bliss."... but the only way to get better is to know the facts and so as humans, I guess it's using the knowledge to help ourselves, but somehow not let it tske over our minds and our life enjoyment. What would I do today if I didn't know? I guess learning to process the info, use it, act appropriately and then move forward. Easier said than done. I ispend so much of my life "thinking" about my illness: eating foods that fight cancer, researching healthy habits. All good things, but the "why" behind it feels wrong... i dont want to do things to not get sick.... it's all with a negative mindset... rather, i want to make choices bc they feel good. Hard to explain. Anyway, just some thoughts...thank you so much for the update! Naomi :-)

Protocol I would apply in the event of cancer: - a low-carb diet outside the fasting period (total elimination of carbohydrates/sugars) and eating OMAD (One Meal A Day) crucifers, garlic, onions, avocados, walnuts/almonds, olive oil and oily fish to avoid losing too much weight (avoid meat and cheese) - taking specific food supplements (available over the counter to the general public) that Guy TENENBAUM has called TCC (The Cancer Cure) which correspond to his 5 essentials, with the dosage he took: * High-dose melatonin 30 mgr before going to bed (Phycocyanine or Lithotamne, but the most powerful would be melatonin): inhibition of SCOT (I also supplement during the day with pure phycocyanine and lithotamne to increase the volume of SCOT inhibitors in addition to melatonin). * Allicin (either as a 2400 mg quality concentrated pill, or with crushed raw garlic): upstream or downstream inhibition of SCOT. * Matcha green tea (with turmeric and ginger): upstream or downstream inhibition of SCOT. * Metabolic treatment (metabloc): Alpha Lipoic Acid (or Sodium R Lipoate, 600mg 3 times a day, 1800mg in total) + Garcinia Cambodgia (Hydroxycitric Acid, 600mg 3 times a day, 1800mg in total) + CoQ10 (the transporter, 100mg morning noon evening). * Omega 3 in a DHA - EPA ratio (500mg DHA/200mg EPA): to combat keto paradox during ketogenic diet phases or the youth phase. * Bromelain (850mg to 5000 GDU) and Quercetin (500mg) for nodules * Berberine and Curcumin to block several additional metabolic pathways - Alkalinise the body with a combination of bicarbonate of soda and cider vinegar (see Guy TENENBAUM's videos showing how to make this mixture). - if the body allows it: long fasting (14 days) then the following month followed by short fasting (7 days) and intermittent fasting + taking nutrients and minerals to avoid deficiencies in the young phase (vitamin D3, Magnesium Bisglycinate and multivatimes from nutripure containing 21 nutrients).

Just the water fasting alone, can be a huge game-changer! And definitely NO sugar. Nice post!! 🤗 I agree with mostly everything else you listed. I would also add in Soursop, Chaga/Reishi medicinal mushrooms, and few other goodies!! I've been experimenting with a different Magnesium recently to heal my gut called: Magnesium Orotate. I take it with 1000mg Vitamin C on an empty stomach in the morning, then again in the late afternoon before my first meal... IBS issues are subsiding! 🙂

"alkalinise the body". If you believe that bit, what other nonsense is there in this body of text? Have you taken this protocol to at least one doctor? Was "alkalinise the body" on the list when you did? Did they actually say it made any sense at all? Please stop falling for bs information

Hi Martin, I live in South Africa. The sun is always shining here and there is always the risk of developing skin cancer if you have a light skin. I developed a growth on the lower eye lid of my right eye. I do not know if it is cancer or just a benign growth but I went on a high nutrition diet for about two months and the growth have shrunk noticeably. I would like to share the diet with you. The soup Ingredients: - two handfuls of Chopped broccoli, one chopped onion (purple), two bags of green tea, two pinches of mixed herbs, two sticks of cut celery, Two handfuls of frozen and crushed spinach or kale, half a table spoon of crushed garlic, Three shakes of black pepper, seven shakes of turmeric, two tablespoons full of apple cider vinegar (with the mother), one bag of white onion powder soup for flavour, a hand full of cooked red speckled beans and a handful of cooked mince meat. Just add all the ingredients in a pot, add boiling water and switch the stove on high till the water boils. Then lower the heat until the water simmer, Let the soup simmer for an hour. The soup is now ready. I would only drink water in the morning. At 12h00 I would start eating the soup. There will be about two helpings that you can eat in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. I also ate a fruit salad every day in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. (Note: Apparently turmeric reduces the effect of some chemotherapy drugs and thus should not be taken during chemotherapy.) During the rest of the week I would also eat food that contains vitamin D like avocado’s, mushrooms, liver and eggs in the 12h00 to 18h00 time frame. It seems to be working for me, maybe it will also work for you. I pray to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ that you will be healed. Amen. Best regards Chris “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life”. John 3:16 (King James Version Bible) Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son Of God the Father.
