I have a LifePro vibration plate and I love it. FYI - you can also just stand on it or just sit on it and it is still great. You also don't have to put it on a high setting to get the benefit. Really, you can't go wrong - it's like a massage every day.
I just bought one. My chiropractor used to put me on a huge one of these and has a routine he had me do before my adjustments. They always lasted longer when I did all of the exercises. I could sit on it for longer because it just made my hip (Sciatica) and lower back (L1 compression fracture) feel so much better - relaxed and revived. This is now my new at home "go to" routine - thank you!~
@@lisadavera9154 Me, too! This video should somehow be moved to the front of the line in searches-I know I’ll get to all the exercises down the road, but starting out was stressful cuz I didn’t know where or how to😳🤷🏼♀️ This video filled in the blanks🙌🏼
I can’t wait to do the calf massage version. Every time I go for a massage. My calves are very sensitive sore. Especially if I’m doing a lot of walking. Definitely need a vibration plate for lymphatic drain. Hopefully it helps with my ankle injury from several years ago. I had a bad sprain it’s never been right ever since along with weight loss this going to be interesting to see how I feel after a year or two. At 58 years old, I don’t get around like I used to. Hopefully I can get back into shape a little bit to make myself feel a little better. Thanks for the video there were some good pointers!!! My unit will be here in six days.
I have had the vibe platform for a little over a year and love it. I will try this series today, I didn't know about the massage postures. Great explanation Deb, Thanks
I'm new at all this . I have LIFEPRO WAVER VIBRATION PLATE. Should I upgrade to different, more advanced PLATE. I still have time to Upgrade if I knew which version would be better. Please advise. Thank you.
BEST VIDEO EVER. Which Lifepro are you using. I have most echo one. LIFEPRO WAVER. IS THIS GOOD FOR WHAT YOU'RE DESCRIBING DESCRIBING? I certainly hope so. OR..Do I need to UPGRADE?
I didn't see this in my box when I got mine about 6 weeks ago. It seems like a version of this should be included with a rumblex purchase. It would make it more clear and easier to get started with a better plan.
@@tina-joyherrick3622 all things being balanced, they just put a free video together. I get instructions for many fitness tools and I still find their YT and take advantage of their videos. I don’t want to be staring at a piece of paper I want to be guided on a video. Videos always win. Also I’d rather pay 5.99 for a PDF / Kindle version wink, wink, @lifeprofitness I respect that price point but that some grocery money for me. Love your product. Keep up the great work
Love the video with the poster instructions. Where can you get the poster. I'm a visual learner, so this would help to remember. Plus its hard to remember where I've seen the videos I watch. Thanks.
Deb, my husband's knees are bone on bone and he has plantar fasciitis. Can you recommend which modes he would gain the most benefit from and which modes to avoid so we don't aggravate his knees? Thank you. This is a great video. I just got our Lifepro and I've ordered this chart.
Hello! Your husband may use both oscillation and pulsation to help alleviate pain and help with the symptoms of both conditions. It is recommended to use the platform while sitting in a chair and feet on the platform to avoid aggravating the knee.
I went on Amazon. The video is showing a nice sturdy poster but people posted a folder poster? What’s the material? Hope you clear that up on your Amazon page. Also maybe consider a pdf kindle version? I’d be willing to pay 5.99 for that, I like portability so I can review this stuff at a coffee shop :) And wholly-molly this is a great video full of info. The instructor is strong and great teacher. Only critique I have is the background meh and it needs better lighting but thanks for this video. I’ll be watching this a few more times.
I’m trying to figure out what I can do so that my feet don’t hurt super bad after 20 minutes. I love what it does to the rest of my body. How relaxed I feel but my feet oh my goodness.😅
Hello! We suggest increasing the time first. As you continue using the platform, you may slowly increase the intensity as well. Just make sure to only use the platform for a maximum of 30 minutes per day. :)
Hello Steven! You have to listen to your body. :) At first, you would want to start with either the Oscillation or Pulsation movement to help your body adjust to the vibration. You may then slowly and gradually increase. Once you feel like you can start with Lateral you can set the speed you are most comfortable with. :)
How can I find out about the vibration frequency of my Rumblex 4D? I need a frequency of 30 - 35 Hz and I don't know how to set my plate or choose a program that is at that frequency. Can you tell me how to find that information? Thank you!
Deb… just got the plate for my wife. Her sleep is not good at all. How can the vibe platform help her sleep better ? And what exercises she should do in the vibe platform? Thank you !
Hello! She may use the platform 1-2 hours before bed. This will help her sleep better at night. She may use it while sitting and placing her feet on the platform.
@@Lifeprofitness ok… thank you… please let me know what is the best setting for her? Or mode? And where can I buy the poster? Amazon don’t carry no more. Thanks again
@@brucema1492 Hello! Pulsation movement is best to help relax the body at setting she is most comfortable with. :) Also the poster can be bought through this link: www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0B8G4MPNG
My rumble 4D vibration plate stopped working. Just got it a few days ago. The start button was acting up the very first day. I thought perhaps I did not know what I was doing. Then this morning the machine stopped responding to the start/stop button. Followed the trouble shooting guide. Problem still exists. Did I just buy a piece of junk?
