The way he talks and regards the women are something only a select few of MEN do. The others are boys trying to find their way in life. He respects women in the way he address them and any woman will feel the immediate connection to him. He is a father to all fatherless boys and men. For moms that breastfeed... do your workouts as well as the olive oil massages for 30days... bc exercise won’t lift the actual cup in the front. But it will lift the back of the breast and lift it more upward so for your cup with the actual breast tissue needs the olive oil massages. You have to heat up the area to pull the skin back tight in that area. So the rubbing will pull that part up more. This is for those who lost an extreme amount of weight that have excess skin in the front of your cup where there is no muscle too. 30days- olive oil and fenugreek, or olive oil and ginger. Keep going!

The same way there are women barbers who specialise in shaving men's beards. It's all about being knowledgeable on the topic. @@user-hv9no9iu1s He said at the beginning of the video that the exercises were for the pectoral muscles not the actual breast tissue. The only reason people think it's more important for females to exercise this muscle is to shape the breast, though it is noticeable if a man exercises his pectoral muscles too it's usually covered by a shirt. Also women can have mustaches too it just doesn't grow as much as men's do so they can't really shave it.

I absolutely suck at push ups lol...or press ups...but I have to try this. After 6 kids my body definitely needs help. Thank you for always being so uplifting to us.
You made me smile when you said we’re all amazing and actually went through the list of different shapes and sizes. I recently lost 30 pounds in 5 months and my used to be perky yet still hanging breast are sadly suffering. I’ve discovered some loose skin and decline in elasticity. So combined with your workout and other workouts plus the collagen I’m taking will hopefully give me some results 😂 I’m only 21 and crying so hard everyday that I get headaches. I love that you're so informative with these exercises, it was so hard for a lot of people to keep up with their health as well as eating habits during this pandemic so thank you so very much for sharing as well as telling women all around that their beautiful and worthy no matter their body type🥰. @@ananyadey99 the work out gave me some lift. Try doing them before every shower for a few minutes. I also been going to the gym so don’t take my word completely for it but the workout helped. No super dramatic changes but it gave my confidence a little boost.
I wish I could post updates of how I am progressing with this (but I can't since my parents are strict lol). But I do want to say that I have seen a huge improvement with myself and I feel better about myself. I use to be extremely shy and self-conscious because I was mentally tearing myself down. I thought that I was too overweight to have friends or that if I could see the difference in weight comparing myself to other people then they would see what I saw as well and wouldn't want to be my friend. Now I do want to let you know that I was wrong in the beginning. No one should ever think less of themselves. Everyone should have confidence. But doing a mixture of Mr. London's exercises a day really made a BIG difference. In just 2 weeks I really started toning out and have lost the amount of weight I wanted to. Just in a month I went from feeling uncomfortable with myself to now being confident with me. The exercises put me in a good mood and relieve stress. I feel more energetic and happier with eating healthier and exercising and I am more social because I am more confident in myself. Now please don't do what I did and feel like you need to become more beautiful to make friends. You are beautiful just the way you are and if people don't respect that then you shouldn't hang out with them to begin with. I will continue to update and say how my progress is!

Ladies!!!! This is so so so true. I have size D boobs (hourglass shape) and they weren’t saggy saggy but they weren’t up to par. I started my weight lifting journey in January of this year... LADIESSSSS, they now look fake!! Even when you lay back they stay put. Weight lift!! Weight lift!!! Weight lift!!!!

I don't see why many here are criticizing him for being a man and talking about a ladies problem, many female specialists in medicine for example are men and that's not why they can't help you, happens the same in the fitness world. All you need is to understand how anatomy works...yes breast are fatty tissue but by working the muscle under you can improve saggyness and give the impression they are bigger, this won't be a huuuuuuge game changer for extreme situations, but it is a good alternative for those who can't do or can't afford surgeries. I got saggyness after breastfeed and few years ago I started to hit the gym, unfortunately not as much as I liked but now with time and more dedication I improved my breasts aesthetic by focusing on chest exercises, they were never that big but they got saggy after breastfeeding. People saying you can't improve your breast by working out are the same saying you can't grow a nice and round butt without plastic surgery hahahah boy they are soooo wrong

I got the first 3 done with ease I started to do the 4th one and fell flat down on my face see me fluttering on the floor trying to get up😂 the last exercise needed a bit of effort I think 4 out of 6 wasn't bad I'm approx 5' 11 hardly exercise but I got instantly inspired from watching this video plus a couple others thank you Mr London for caring so much about us ladies I'll be doing ur breasts tummy & butt workouts from today😘 P.s. I've never sweated so much in my life until today and it felt GREAT!!!!!❤

I love that you're a guy doing videos aimed at women. First male fitness guy I have subscribed to. I'm always scared to work out my chest because I'm already small there and don't want to lose more fat there, but now I'm 43 and things are not as perky, maybe I need to start.

When I was a kid we did these same exercises while chanting, “We must, we MUST, we must increase our BUSTS!” Which ironically probably makes them smaller if you are exercising a lot and burning fat at the same time. 🤔
