@@Theironbodysensei first there was neither darkness or light. Only nothingness, which always has the potential to become something. Then something happened and darkness and light came with it (our universe). But the nothingness is still omnipresent, in our bodies, in our planet, in our solar system, even in atoms. Our universe is filled with Nothingness / emptiness and nobody sees the importance of it. Why would we ignore literally the biggest part of our universe? We only think about what excists in material form, but thats not even 1% of excistance in our universe. 99% is emptiness and or nothingness. If we understand nothingness, we understand the universe.
"... it can also help you connect with parts of your body" OKAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYY "A body scan is a great way to experience your body from the inside...." WHAT? "Lets take a moment to scan our bodies...." OKAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
