If the Bayview looks familiar to you, this is the home that we showcased this weekend at the Great American Tiny Home Show in Arlington, TX. Packed with tons of charm and character, this is a 399SF RV park model that comes prepped and ready with lots of built-in features. With its double loft, the layout of this model is designed to easily sleep 8 people! We have also added a special RRC-exclusive limited-run backsplash. Not only did we display our signature Casablanca backsplash in the kitchen, but we also chose to place it in the shower and as the kick pads of the stairs leading to the loft. This Bayview Reimagined model has a very spacious bathroom with double mirrors. When you walk up the stairs it splits to a front loft with rails, great if you need to be able to keep an eye on little ones. And you also have a private back loft, The back loft makes a great space for privacy and also for storage that needs to be kept out of sight.
RRC's Bayview Reimagined is currently priced at $120,000. The price includes delivery and tiedowns within 100 miles (additional freight charges apply for farther distances), a/c and heat system installed, manufacturer's warranty, plus a 7 year extended service contract.
