I love this model but personally, as a single woman, I would make the back porch inaccessible from the outside. Those glass doors don't offer much protection. I know my single mom friends would feel the same. It's beautiful and I love the setup, it's just that back porch that set off my sketchy senses lol

I extended the back porch to 10', closed off where the stairs would go, and screened in the entire porch, including underneath the treks. Love the sliding glass doors with blinds built in, gives the feeling of an extra room. It's my favorite room now :o)

I really like this floor plan. I also would like to see it in a 15' wide, I know that's not technically a tiny house but in a 15' wide I think would be even better. I think the 15' wide in a non tiny house version would be more livable for full time living, not just a vacation home.

That staircase in the MIDDLE is everything, I love the roof line and the bathroom placement. Seems more like a small apartment setup with a loft space. Granted I'd like the patio in the back to be taken off for more space in the bedroom, cuz I LOVE that walk-in closet. I love it!

Another GREAT presentation! Your energy and dynamism really shines thru, and you showcase the homes so well. Using the backsplash tile from the kitchen on the stairs is a great touch to tie them together, as is the use of rebar there tying into the porch as you noted. Very nice use of the black/white/gray scheme and the black accents. I like the narrower and longer way to have 399, as there is no wasted width. The stairs in the middle is different, but it works well - appliances along the wall, sufficient hallway, stairs, and then the bathroom, all just big enough. The horseshoe loft seems to work well with that, and provides for easy separation of squabbling siblings! It's really a pleasure to watch a professional firing on all cylinders as you do. Nice coordinated outfit too, as always.

We see you stylin' Mike! This tiny home looks like a train car caboose, which is appealing to me for some reason. I love the fact that Recreational Resort Cottage homes are sound-proof.....when you walk in, I don't hear the traffic sounds anymore. I love the ceiling, open shelving, countertops, backsplash, farmhouse sink, the central location of the stairs, and the split loft. I would eliminate some of the windows to accomodate a television, decor, and a fireplace. Then the rear porch as well for a bigger bedroom. Other than that, I love this floorplan!

Love the Lakeview reimagined. I love the built in nightstands in the main bedroom. My only issue is the sliding door from the main bedroom to the back porch. For me I wouldn't have a back porch at all and lose the sliding doors and make that a wall just to feel safer. Other than that the color, layout and everything else is perfect.

Just a quick comment for now: I LOVELOVELOVE the staircase positioning into the split loft! Makes perfect sense! I would add 2 or 3 DRAWERS to the steps; not the very bottom step but 2 or 3 above it, bc it would be perfect to hold towels and cloths for both the bathroom and the kitchen.

I love this tiny home. I love the stairs in the middle. I would like the house without the slope roof, less windows and no back porch but bigger bedroom. That would be perfect for me.

I would like to enclose the back porch as another room, change the Bathtub to a 36 ft. stand up shower and use the remaining space as a linen closet. I would opt out of the loft cupboard and lose some of the windows. I think the widows are excessive and compromises privacy and wall space for art work. I know this compromises the square footage, but it would be more in line with my living needs.

You can't make the back porch a room, once you go over 399sqft it's no longer considered a park model home. It's the same reason they can't make the lofts taller. You're only allow 399sqft of "liveable" space

I love the lake view. I wouldn't have the back porch. I love the storage in the loft for the kids. With a crew of 8 I love the island . Nothing I've seen on other people's blogs. You really rock it.

Wow this house is everything! I love the glass doors and back patio access from the bedroom. Great to let the dog out, hang out on the porch in pajamas! All that natural light in the bedroom. Love! I love the sink, the countertops, the whole color scheme is PERFECT.

This is a great floor plan. We have a similar plan, with some differences. We had the back porch extended to 10', no stairs to exit, and screened in the entire porch. The sliding glass doors with built in blinds, makes the porch feel like an extra room with much privacy. For the transom windows, we added plantation style shutters, which adds to the farmhouse beach theme of our tiny home. That's the beauty of a tiny home, you can make it to fit/suit your individual needs. We love our special little home :o)

Just a quick note: Mike, those washers and dryers are NOT 24 cu. ft. They are 24” wide! They are somewhere around 2.2 cu ft. Not trying to be mean just trying to help! Love this “tiny”!

You've outdone yourself with this one. Beautiful!!! Love the use of space and generous windows. The monoslope also gives you a more usable second sleeping area. The design is perfect for a dining table. Only thing I'd add is a small peninsula in the kitchen for a dishwasher.

Thank you Mr. Tiny! One of the porches needs to be screened in. I love the light, but this one is not my favorite model. I like a high ceiling in the bedroom and a dishwasher as well and a desk area. The bathroom seems a bit cramped to me. The front door is a winner and should be used more often. I would want some privacy as well on the back porch--should be totally enclosed...but the buyer can do that if they want.

Less porch space in the front and back, remove the side tables in the bedroom and replace the heater/air-conditioning unit. A real tube in the bathroom. Living room remove windows on one wall and replace with circle window. Split loft, with separate stairs on either end, enough heads pace to allow for window seat storage with window above on both sides.

First time I found a house with everything I want. 👍 ❓ Is this a Platinum Cottages home? I don't see floorplan on your site. My favorite is how spacious and airy and "LOVELY" everything is. Love the mosaic tile in kitchen and such a showpiece in central staircase. Ceiling is gorgeous. The Island needs wheels to use as more counter space and to take OUTSIDE for a bar or buffet meal. Windows are just ENOUGH! I love the half picture windows to allow for comfortable seating. The loft is spectacular for storage and guests! ❓Can I add a sink up there? Bedroom has all you need. ❓Can I do a Murphy bed on high wall? Both porches are fabulous. I'd like the privacy walls to surround ALL but need a door for egress. ❓Can that be done? My only dislike is the tub surround. I'd like a tiled wall or a smooth wall with a glass barn door. ❓Possible? I'm going to order this one if still available @ March-May need to sell my home and find land as a park will not allow my pets. The price is fabulous if custom features don't soar it to $200s. Thank you Mr. Tiny THIS is definitely one for the fixed up living in Tour. WHO knows maybe it will be mine you showcase🙏!?! Imagine that? My heart just leapt! Swoon.💓

This is a beautiful model. Changes I would do. Change the bath to 1/2 bath. No back porch and make it a full spa bath. Half picture windows on both sides of the living room so there is room for a built in entertainment with shelves. No cabinets in loft. Closet/drawer space under the stairs.

I like a bit of modern, love the black on the outside, and the picture windows with all the natural light, but not crazy about the monoslope on this one. Would rather have all that headspace, for 2 matching spaces, if you so chose to have them. Plus a built in entertainment center, at the back of the loft would be awesome.
