Anything and everything that comes out of swamiji's mouth is golden knowledge / golden exposition of timeless Vedic knowledge but this is one of the better expositions! I can listen to him forever! When you become aware that you are it, it can easily get you into the meditative state and make you go inward automatically even without effort and even in the middle of listening to his spirited exposition! oh my!

I have found only one person who matches the Swami's profundity and all encompassing nature of knowledge, and he is the string theorist Ashoke Sen. Both of them have this capability, born out of deep meditative rumination of their subject matter, of giving ready and satisfying answers to the deepest and most profound questions that people ask.
Actually I had a family member who got Alzheimer's disease but she was not able to know that she's forgetting...I mean it is not always true that you know you are forgetting. So what Swamiji said that you know that you are forgetting or not not able to remember stuff may not be true in everyone. Can someone help me to understand
One more question...in deep sleep we have an experience of absence but as soon as we use the word " "Experience '' it automatically brings subject and object. ( Experience= consciousness+ objects). So what objects are we talking about?? Since no objects in deep sleep
