Great video thank you for the one particular thing that I was looking for was how to replace the seal in the transmission the dust the dust seal when we took the axle shaft out of our car the dust seal was no good so we have to replace it but there's no room to get in there with a ball-peen hammer to get it started but in any case thanks for taking the time to put the video up

Never done a transmission fluid change, 220k miles later no shifting issues. Trying to figure out how to take care of the wheel play, bushing clunk, and steering click. Not sure if changing the LCU, and tie rod end would suffice. The PTU has been replaced, and I baby that thing ever since.

On mine, there was a noticeable clunk every time I turned the wheel from left to right or vise versa, once it pasted middle, or straight. Not sure if you are having a similar problem, but it was my front strut mounts. The struts were fine, the mounts were failing. I decided just to get whole new assemblies since they were original on the vehicle and saw over 180k km. Get someone to turn the wheel left and right just past center and hold the coil, if it moves around and clunks then it might simply be your mount.

Wish you would not have edited the video where you put the inner cv joint back into the transmission/differential. Can you add any tips on how you got it back in?

Ever seen anybody just zip on an axle nut with an air hammer. Those usually need to be torqued to so many foot pounds by hand.

Driver side is much easier than the right side. Driver side will just come right out. Not the passenger side.

What fluid was leaking? The transmission fluid or transfer case fluid?

Socket still the wrong size it should move like that on the nut. It's called a knuckle not an upper control arm
