Grab you a alternator from a p71 (police interceptor) stronger alternator for all the police equipment 200-250 amps will bolt right on to the 4.6L 🤝🏾

Build a box or get one built for ya. I picked up a 420 amp alternator from brand x and did the same thing with the factory subwoofer i tossed it and the enclosure out. And just so u know you have enought room for 3 18s in the back seat in a 6th order. But with the way the town car was built the bass did sound clean in the town car imo with out adding any deadening

Have you tried turning the box around to increase the space or reflection? It would probably sound much better and lower the rattle noise

Just a precaution go ahead and put some 2” wood screws on every corner of that box. They known to come unglued easy.

I’m trying to build something very similar in my tc. My current setup traps a lot of the bass in the trunk. Any tips on that?

You need to get the bass in the cabin , I would say if you don’t have a opening through the back seat maybe get a port made

@@jdubb21autoworks21 thanks bro. I got it set up. I removed my rear 6x8s and center rear deck sub opening. Stuck three ports from box into cabin. 2 18s banging!
