I'm currently switching careers and my new profession requires a lot of maths. I was always terrible at it, so it's been very intimidating; more so because I finished high school in 1998 and haven't needed much more than basic arithmetic since then. These videos have been incredibly helpful, the explanations are always clear and concise. You're doing god's work.
Pretty cool! I teach math myself…for over 23 years now…but anyways, it was nice to learn something from here. The only recommendation I would make is that if you want to get it into slope intercept form, you don’t have to move the x and the y-intercept to the other side, you can just move the y. Less to move, even if y ends up on the right, you can switch them both. It’s less work :). I hope that makes sense lol! Again good job!

I signed up for a 6 week precalculus class this summer. On one hand it’s pretty much just a lil bit more advanced algebra and doesn’t seem too bad, on the other hand it’s an entire semesters worth of precal in 6 weeks 😩 if I can pass this with an A, I can accomplish anything.

I have been sleeping though algebra 2 for the last 3 weeks and now I have a 48% in it :( I have a test Monday and I think I have an ok knowledge of it so thank you. Plus I have to get my grades up by October 11 so I can get my license so double thank you. :)
youtube really does help because I've been failing half the year cause I was staring at the teachers ass every time I had her class, then one day I wrote down the subjects I needed to study so that I could look them up on youtube and I got a 98% on the test after that
I'm years out of highschool, but I see this comment alot and I think it's because when you are watching a RU-vid video, most of the time you are alone so you don't have any friends distracting you from learning. Also teachers can go super fast and you can't "pause the video" to catch up. RU-vid learning is so much better in my opinion 😊 and if you don't understand something, then ask the teacher
