Didn’t like her at first but she definitely grew on me. She became quite patient and healthy for Lip. Stability is so uncommon in this show, I almost didn’t notice how good she was for him.
Big big same. They challenge each other, help each other grow into solid adults, and hold each other accountable. They balance each other perfectly, they’re a perfect couple. ❤️
I liked the Tami-Lip couple. She was so fixated on having a premature death it caused her to have a brash and carefree personality. I think because Lip was so candid and willing to work at being with her she finally let her guard down.
he deserves her. that's for never appreciating the only woman that actually loved him so much that she always put him first. i believe mandy is in a better place, with someone that reciprocates her love.
Mandy's arc is not fulfilled. Abused by Terry, her strings of boyfriends, being cast aside by Lip, then another abusive BF, then becoming an 'escort'..... and the writers left her at that. Not even a phone call to the Gallagher-Milkovich saying that she's ok, has a decent stable job, has someone that loves her for real. Or maybe having a kid to forever love her & she becoming a good mother. Y'know making something decent stable normal out of herself. I want Mandy to have a turnaround in her life. Not abused & always losing out in life.
@@cruxivar6026 problem is, that's the entire point of the show, is that we make mistakes, and those with broken homes often don't have the resources or the brains to pull off stability and happiness.. Lip is the perfect example of it.. had brains, but didn't have any discipline, and he managed to fuck up left and right, regardless of his talent.. they let him grow, but it's not where we would've wanted for him.. it's life.. some just get dealt shitty hands, and some just can't play cards for shit.. I'm still salty about Karen's ending.. lol..
Tami > Mandy. Mandy was loyal yeah but she was for the streets. Atleast tami admitted her feelings for lip and stopped sleeping with her ex immediately after they had a conversation. Lip and Tami’s relationship is so underrated. They actually talk like adults. Lip doesn’t tolerate bbs and neither does tami , that’s why they work together. The fact she even risked going to jail for lip. She’s showed her loyalty just as much as Mandy.
I bet his cigarette breath was so amazing to where every character wanted to be right in front of him at all times. Dude damn near couldnt go a scene without one lol
I really did try to like Tammi but I just can't. She doesn't feel right for Lip. She doesn't treat him very well and they always seem like they are one step away from breaking up. It would've been nice had they brought Mandy back or at least someone who wasn't awful to him. This was a good video though.
Mandy was a Malkovich she’d kill Lip in his sleep. Was it love or obsession. Lip is too damaged to find someone normal. He’s a Gallagher , they thrive on chaos
i mean i understand but most of these clips are from the time they were pregnant. her speaking about her body was a fight between either keeping the baby or not and her screaming at him was during the time she was in labor. usually during labor it’s impossible to stay calm i remember literally being bothered by everything around me even the people trying to do good by me
Hummm, let's see. Mandy was totally devoted to Lip, selflessly had his best interest at heart, and a great lay. Tammi is a self absorbed shrew. Given a choice between the two women, Lip chooses Tammi..... Bruh, seriously?
Honestly, does it matter who is best for Lip, the dude sabatoged any chance he had for better life. He's brilliant and dumb. Its sad and he realizes that when he delivers food to guy he helped make 4 thousand dollars just by pushing a button for him.
I actually like Lip and Tami u know. Just like Mandy, Tami also tried to better Lip and at first it seems like they were not going quite well but their relationship got better and better and cmon Tami fits in well with the Gallagher despite being "miss middle class". And idk why, but I get this vibe, Kate, the actress who plays Tami, she could pull a good Phoebe Buffay in this generation contemporarily
I hate how everyone forgets that IN ALL HIS RELANTIONSHIP, Lip was the toxic, Even with Karen that was always honest but he never listen. Tammy it's perfect because she doesn't just loves him but She's his partner, they go together. Lip is used to go on his own and get follow, like the house he bougth, the desicions Tammy had to accept because he already make them. she was greedy and kinda shallow but agreed to leave in the south side just because Lip was going to be there (and he was being a bitch about not wanting to live in milwokee cause is cold) they change each other lives and found in the middle. I love them, she may be a bitch sometimes, but if you like Mickey you can't Say You don't like her, just saying.
Can't compare with our beautiful Mickey 😘😂 whom we had so much time and there was so much growth for us to love. He is untouchable 😁. I do agree with you though that Lip was the toxic element generally. Except for the sick Helene thing. Tammy isn't afraid to head butt him and get in his face which was a bit hard to watch at times but probably what is needed. TBH though I don't know if they would last. Too much effort required and he's bound to f it up.
If a man talked to a woman in a way even remotely close to how Tami speaks to Lip he would be labeled an abuser, thrown out of his house, and disowned by everyone he loves. Just because she's a pretty woman she gets a hall pass and all the good will society can give someone. I can't tell you how many of us men are in abusive relationships for years and when we finally snap once and say even just a few harsh things in explosive rage we have the weight of the world brought down on our heads and it's called justice.
Honestly Lip got what he deserved. He’s the worst of the siblings and got someone just as terrible and annoying as him. Hated the way he treated Fiona. She deserved so much better.

Lip was and is the only slightly normal one with a real chance until he became a father. He still has a chance if he’d get the hell away from his family for a bit. Tami may not be the answer but staying and becoming the next Frank or being miserable hanging on to sobriety by a thread isn’t the answer either.
I feel like I'm one of the few fans that doesn't hate Tami. To be honest, I don't like her a whole lot, either. I don;t feel strongly about her at all. But then, I never enjoyed Lip's story lines as much as other fans do, either. Lip is one of my least favorite Shameless characters. (He does have his awesome moments, but I can't stand how arrogant he is and how he always blames others for his own shortcomings.)
The worst story line in shameless of all 11 seasons, bad writing for this character lip, glad it was for only two season, as I would stop watching for another season with Tami in it.
Lip had terrible choice in women but Karen and Tammy were the worst is almost like he unconsciouslywas looking for Monica in his girlfriends except for Mandy she should of ended up with him 😩
Just started watching this show. So much potential but dreadful stereotypical depictions of non white characters and borderline homophobic focus on gay sex. Obviously the Gallaghers are shameless but even they are multifaceted. Really disappointing for a show made so recently. Halfway through season 3 but have had enough!
Why did they keep making him destruct. He could have made it out. why not represent those that make it out? He ends up with one loser after another. The characters get so pathetic and are so weak and disgusting I had to stop watching.
