I met Charlotte Stewart at the 40th reunion in Walnut Grove. She is such a sweet and charming lady. Love her.

She's still beautiful ♥️😀 I graduated in 74 the year Little House came on tv. Loved it. Still do. Miss Beadle was one of my favorite characters. Glad to see she looks well and happy.

I'm happy you were hired for the role of Ms.Beadle I understood why you ask to sit behind his desk. to become Ms Beadle...I seen a lot of former stars from Bonanza ,Gunsmoke wagon train from Little house.Rev Alden was on Mayberry other sitcoms. thank you Charlotte for sharing your story and memories of 50 years❤

As a teacher in 2024, we deal with some of the same situations. Crazy parents, their kids, helping students who need extra support, stopping fights, keeping a poker face. I Like to think that Ms. Beadle, Caroline, Alice Garvey, Eliza Jane, Mary, Laura and Miss. Plum were some of my inspirations for becoming a teacher.

I love that laura liked the scent ms. b wore...lemon verbena ....went to a historical garden years later and actually found the plant it was maade from. snipped some off to take home so i too could smell like ms b....it really does smell like lemon btw

Lived in the town next to Mendocino. Caspar, had a one room schoolhouse as well. It was next to Gospel lighthouse church. That is were my grandfather preached.

One aspect I loved was how Charles Ingalls was so respectful of Mrs. Beadle and the educational process. He would always make Laura and Mary apologize to Ms. Beadle if they caused any problems in the classroom.

Ms. Stewart appeared in a schlocky exploitation film about teenage sexuality which was made in the early sixties. I can't recall the title but I watched it on Tubi a few months ago.

In my early 50’s..Just started watching reruns. Such a wonderful show. We have strayed so far from God. This was a top rated prime time show talking about God, characters praying. Now look at the crap on TV
