Soon as she said that sending him to a mental hospital was off the table, and definitely not an option, he started to lose it and act up. Such a sad, tiny, angry little man
Exactly! He must not know what its like in a DOC hospital if he thought it was easier than prison. Its pretty much the same. Maybe inmates would rather be in prison.
How he acted when he had a tiny booboo on his wittle finger was like a toddler. His reaction about not having Covid a disease he said he was deadly afraid of 🙄 he threw the paper. Guess he was upset it wasn't positive?
" There is no medication or treatment for a heart that is bent on evil ". Beautifully said Judge Dorow. You really are an amazing human being and I know your work on earth is far from over. Thank you for handling this trial so well. 🙏
Judge Dorow is a Rock Star! Bravo! I watched the entire trial on tv. I do not know how she survived his challenging, constant, and ridiculous antics ..thank goodness it was a semi-fast (& very well prosecuted, all also Rock Stars!) Thank you all for your shrewd & on point & professional prosecution of this menance to every man, woman & child. God bless & be with ALL who suffer from contact in every way with this monster disguised as a human being - that he is surely NOT. I truly hope he is kept in isolation until his death.
During the trial just like a man-child when he did not get his way saying that's unfair it was not fair when he killed and injured people mamed people traumatized people destroy Waukesha what a disgrace to human mankind (Brooks)
Before this trial, Dawn Woods was interviewed and asked how he would behave at trial? She answered, " You will see manic."Bi polar is not predictable. If genuine, he could have been manic or in w depressive phase..She knows it was put on. She is shameful. Having him around her meant she willingly put her grandchildren in danger. She provided him with the weapon, bailed him out, fully knowing that he had previously used her ford escape as a weapon on Erika Patterson and tried ton run over a policeman. She has blood on her hands
She is heaven sent darrell tried to ruffle her feathers so he can have a mistrial or grounds for a appeal im happy he couldn't control his anger or actions and the jury was present at times but the Apellet courts will say his conduct made that not possible
One thing trying to prevent a mistrial or appeal and another thing allowing him to have control of this trail!… no judge would allow an attorney to do and say what this thug did and said!!
Phenomenal. I've never seen a judge with this much patience and care. This trial set a new bar on how to run one (with a highly combustible psycho in tow).
@@chrismozer702there's also the big factor you didn't look at. Just like Amber heard's trial the biggest mistake in this whole situation was when the defendant decided to open their mouth. The minute he started pipe and off just like Amber Heard was the minute they lost any chance at anything. Don't get me wrong I have no sympathy for either of these two people I mentioned, but the fact of the matter is the judge in this trial decided to let this idiot run amok and yeah it took a lot longer for this trial to get end. But at the end of the day because of all his nonsense, outburst, stupid comments and eye-rolling, ended up being his downfall. Sure the judge could have been tough and not let him speak at all and made this process real quick but they would have had a possibility of retrial or have to do some other route. At the end of the day say what you will about the judge, but because of her actions this guy is never going to see the light of day outside of prison. And nobody who knows the law and how the courtrooms work would deny this fact. Anybody who's willing to be so full of themselves and act like they know everything and play dumb throughout the court proceeding is going to end up failing in the long run. Like at the beginning of the trial he tried to sit there and say his name wasn't Darrell Brooks even though he was in jail and his name is Darrell Brooks😂. So you can sit there and say the judge was too soft on him and gave him a pass, but the reality is as much as it was cringe for the judge and us, she did the right thing. And not you or any other random ass person on the RU-vid comments is going to change that fact. Nuff said.
Wait! Did you all hear that!? He does not consent to being sentenced. This is an abomination of law. How could the court possibly convict and sentence this "man" without his consent!?
And is it lawful law or maybe some kind of Tackett agreement for these proceedings to even take place at all when subject matter jurisdiction hasn't even been established with verified proof? Whatever that means? It's all moot regardless as this man is merely a third party intervenor and does not consent to being called Darrell Brooks-el nor does he understand the nature of the charges against him. Not only do they have to throw out all charges against him and expunge the records of these proceedings, but according to the Constitution they have to award him $100,000 for every day he was held illegally, which was every single day. I'm CooCoo for Froot Loops! I mean CoCo Puffz! I believe all of this common-sense-defying nonsense because I just want to!
But isn't it lovely thinking of how he will never ever have another day outside his cell, and how often he will be beat up trying to pull this crap in prison? Death is too easy for him.
If you listened to his police interview he keep trying to convince me the cop that he loved her and has his CHILD almost everyday when this started knowing we all know he has been locked up
If you're speaking about charge 76 you do know that was the charge for assaultIng EP? He wanted that charge removed per his time served. Nope, got 9 months conscretive to I think count 1. I'm glad.
I agree absolutely. It is without joy that I confess I would prefer to have the death penalty and NOT use it than NOT have the death penalty when it is justified. In this case the death penalty is the only alternative left that would truly exact justice. It is the only legally accessible act that Darrell would realize that what he had done was an unjustified criminal act.
All that she’s done for the victims and their families, she is a true avenger. She protected the conviction and the process to where there is no way he will ever get another trial. Perfect
The main thing he can't handle is not being able to verbally defend himself against the judges words, and not being able to hear the prosecution mumble so he can defend that too. He likes to argue, confrontations satisfies him, or at least he thinks it does. He's to ignorant to realize it only makes him angrier and he cannot fully understand what would satisfy him
Its going to be hard for him to not be who he is in prison, where there are a lot of people like him. He'll be in protective custody for awhile if not forever. He may even be transferred.
I did too, couldn’t understand why she let him disrespect the court so much, now it apparent! It was great watching him sit in isolation listening to her sentencing dissertation. He had to be aside himself. What a lady!
@@spaceace1006 He's going to get his a** kicked all over the place because he's a loud mouth moron ...and just because of what he did to children and grannies
Watching him get frustrated and upset at her not paying attention to him waving at the camera or letting him come back is the best part of this, I hope he someday feels the pain that he has caused!
Absolute perfect example for how multiculturalism and diversity DOES NOT WORK, despite what our idiot government thinks. Foreigners to this country fail to adapt to almost every facet of what we hold as civil. Their kind of thinking may work well in Africa, but last I looked this isn't Africa.
I love this job judge. She was so smart in how she handled this psychotic defendant. She knew what she was doing, and then she had her glorious time to speak her thoughts…. And then to sentence him to 1,200 years in prison, she is a boss. Such immense respect for her
She is wonderful but to give a person 1200 years doesn't make sense. The monster who tortured and killed my 4 year old innocent baby boy didn't even get 20 years... it's the money!! But I had to bury my baby on Christmas day! Some judges over sentence and some under sentence!! No sense at all! 💔 🔗
I've had a lot of judges I've really liked and respected, and still do. However, I've not seen a judge I like and respect more than her. An absolutely brilliant and kind, (not cocky) gracious genius, who truly cares for others. I truly hope she gets the State Supreme Court gig.
This is his sentencing and this clown 🤡 can’t shut up and has to argue. He is a piece of work. No remorse, no accountability, no empathy, no respect for others or the court, a narcissist, thinks he knows everything, condescending, control freak, liar, and the list goes on. I cannot believe this person. He just doesn’t shut up and at sentencing, even though it won’t matter, he interrupts the judge and makes her mad 😠. He is going to be a handful in prison because his behavior will not be tolerated at all.
In jail Brooks will be a number. He will be punished for disobedience and non conformity. He will have to bow to the institutional rules. If not he will be punished.
I think he would have been calm with a lot of it if they hadn't given Erica Patterson so much credit. Because you see the moment he starts losing his mind is the minute she starts getting any type of credit. He liked to focus on the fact that She was drinking a Mike's hard lemonade because he was trying to destroy her character. And she wouldn't let that happen. And the judges and the prosecution wouldn't let him badger her like he always does. And now he can't.
He will NOT be a handful in prison. They will not tolerate his nonsense, not the guards or the inmates. Brooks will be quiet and fearful for the rest of his 🧬 life he is not physically imposing and he is a coward amongst real men. He is going to catch hell.
I have a new hero. Judge Dorow showed more patience and more composure than would ever be expected in this situation. The amount of disrespect and utter disregard Brooks had for the court sent me into frustrated fits of yelling at my phone’s screen. She is simply incredible. She was clearly the right person for the job.
This is the courts and states fault! They let this man do all of this! They let him commit all these crimes and now this judge is crying? Give me a brake because in my opinion the state, state attorneys, and judges are all at fault for this. They have blood on their hands
They let this happen! They allowed it to happen and now she cry’s and give a sentence that is an obligation. He should have been given contempt of court right away and she did not do that. This is horrific from liberals to allow this. I’m originally from Brazil and crimes are like this. This man needs 10 life
@@joaoportesantava1412 I didn’t mention who’s fault it was in my comment at all. It was brooks and brooks alone that made those choices. The system is broken in many aspects but I was choosing to comment on how well the judge handled herself.
He sat their listening the while time, but when the Judge spoke of Erika and how he can't possible care for her, it hit a nerve. Why? All he does is beat her up, control her, ruin her life...men like this...smh
He really does. Honestly if it wasn't her it'd be someone else. He's probably never ever blamed himself for any of his actions/choices. That's why he's in prison for life.
@@lilly243 I know, classic abuser. They are so obsessed with their victim, that they feel they are responsible for all their actions, not themselves. Pretty sick...
I bet the moment they got out of The courthouse, the first place they went to was a bar. And it makes me wonder if people who had been watching the case up to that point, recognize them and award each one of them a shot. I know I would have.
I bet you did because they said when they were Brooks attorney they saw him at least 25 time there's just too much I know they were glad to get away from him he's annoying disgusting everything is not good is Brooks
Well, isn't that calling the kettle black? He calls out EP for not having custody of her kids but, he has 3 or 4 that he doesn't have custody of nor does he see most of them. He has never paid child support to any of the mothers of his children. He's pathetic.
I bet that Darrell Brooks has been provoking rage and anger deliberately for years and years. Up until now, even if you read his lengthy police record (which you will) and it has not yet failed him. This is a new day for Darrell.
In prison he will be powerless to control his environment. I have been in jail and the only thing you can control is your attitude to others and yourself, and what you can do to improve your situation. In prison I learnt about computers. I took up studies and passed my high school certificate. I learnt how to make prison clothes on an overlocker. His life is not over. It is up to him how he handles jail.
I don't understand how?! He's soo little and weak. He probably never had a guy friend in his life. He just bullied women, and lies about going to high school. Yeah right! Nobody has ever! Liked him, that's why he's soo angry. Imagine being friends w that guy!!!
@@MsShandy111 he still have court cases in Milwaukee: 1 for shooting at his nephew in July 2020 - but due to Covid19 the court in Milwaukee was almost locked down. DB demanded a speedy trail (90 days from the claim till the court day) - the day the court should have taken place it was postponed as another case was finished. He was then released with a bo d at $500 and a new day would be set in the future. 2: November 2. 2021 he slam EP and when she fleet she was ran over by DB in the SUV - she broke her food. He was arrested and a couple of days later he phoned EP to get her to withdraw the chaim. He continued to call her several times with threat - so he is also charge for victim imitation. There are trail days in June and July 2023 - both as jury cases.
Zachs opening argument when he spoke about the efficiency of the charges really stands out. There were so many victims, the state had to draw a line in who would be called a victim "officially" His example was, people hurt running AWAY from DB were not involved in the charges. It just speaks to the magnitude of people who were affected by this monster.
Basically, as a sovcit, he believes that he cannot be held under the jurisdiction of a government body unless he signs into a contract with said government, and therefore the given government cannot act upon him without his explicit consent. In a nutshell, he’s trying to pull diplomatic immunity.
The absolute best line JD gave in the nearly 3 hours was at 2:54:20 when she said "Frankly, you deserve it." She was referring to the all of the sentences for each count to be run consecutively to each other. Think about the enormity of JD's statement: If Brooks could live 6 lifetimes, he _deserved_ to spend each of them in prison. And then after serving 6 lifetimes in prison, he _deserved_ to serve an additional twelve and a half years for each person he recklessly endangered - a total of 762.5 years in prison - followed by 5 years of extensive supervision (305 years total). It is impossible for Brooks to serve every minute of each of the sentences he received, but if it were possible, JD believed that Brooks _deserved_ to. JD wasn't swayed one bit by Brooks' mom and her assertions that Brooks suffered from mental illness and needed help and therapy. Nope, Brooks _deserved_ prison and only prison for a lot longer than he could possibly live.
"I don' consent t'nunna dat! You still ain't addressed subject matter jurisdiction! An' you callin' me by dat name like we cool? And all dat hee hee and ha ha from da prosecution?"
@@spaceace1006 I’m wondering if he’s consenting to staying in the prison. I heard yesterday he got a pretty good beating in prison by a few guys who knew some of the victims
The arrogance to think that he has to give consent to ANYTHING after being charged and knowing he is guilty while in court is way over the top! I have never witnessed such arrogance before in my life!
Brooks made the whole trial about him being the victim….it backfired the jury saw right thru him….awesome job by the prosecutors the jury and the judge….she had the patience to see that there was no mistrial….how she did it I don’t know ..
Finally the judge kept him there as she shld have. The whole courtroom had to be emptied each time he was sent there n came back. Within mins he was allowed to come back knowing he cld interrupt anytime he wanted. He enjoyed each time the courtroom was emptied because it made him feel imp
It made me Angry when He said He didn't know the true nature of the charges. I think He would know what MURDER MAIMING and INJURING PEOPLE MEANS! It's NOT like this is His 1st time in front of a Judge or in a Court Room for Commiting Crimes against Someone else.
It’s part of the sovcit strategy. Basically they believe there has to be a very specific fashion in which the charges have to be presented, and just having the judge say them doesn’t count. He probably didn’t care about his previous times in court since he knew he’d be back on the street…or he learned these strategies after those times.
He blamed EP all the way. She is drinking and when she is drunk she comes up with all kind of accuse. If have been in a relationship with him - I think I also would need some kind of substance comfort.
So true! He has zero control of what’s happening & he can’t take it! It’s literally driving him crazy 😵💫 he deserves life in prison, he would do this again!
In highschool, my boyfriend accidentally hit a dog when it ran out of nowhere when we were on our way to dinner. We immediately pulled over and I was hysterical. The dog had passed instantly & we called the name on the tag and waited for the family. I was so upset we had to turn around and go home. That was 33 years ago and it still upsets me to this day. I'm more upset today over what happen all those years ago then ever Darell was at any time. 2:44:59 I found this so amazing especially since Brooks said the jury deserved a round of applause but it's not proper. Well, Darell, applause was proper and allowed for your life sentences aka your death warrant.
That’s because you are a real person with normal feelings and you have a heart and sympathy. DB is a monster . Sorry that happened to you I can imagine it was heartbreaking.
He talks about EP having 5 children and not having custody of them...what would she have been if this monster had not exploited her at a young age..HE has 4 different children with 4 different mothers..he has never paid child support..he made the statement about how close he was to his 2 daughters..but they live in different states to include the 7 year old that he said " didn't understand why she can't see me as much as she wants"... that was a lie
You can see the look when he realizes he is not going to a hospital with good drugs …so when he didn’t get his way …he picks a fight …so typical of him ..justice was served in this case …killing and hurting innocent ppl…. They had. O chance he came up from behind on them…yes he got exactly what he deserved
I have went through a ton of this to identify if there are ANY issues that could lead to a successful appeal. There just isn't anything, in fact I firmly believe that the entire trial was focused on specifically protecting the proceedings and conviction.
Does a judge really have to take the amount of BS this guy dished out to prevent a successful appeal? I would think after two warnings it’s covered, and you kick him out every time he acts up.
@@albundy7623sadly yes! And in America it’s double jeopardy, so if a defendant is granted a mistrial, and somehow gets off the second time, they are free to live their lives without EVER being brought back to court to fight the same charges.
God is the only one who can humble him. He's in a Supermax prison in WI and from what I've read and been hearing about that kind of prison. He's in for a world of hurt. They play by their own rules. So if he wants to act tough which I know his little mind will try and flex. They will put him in his place immediately. There's no warning on getting your behavior in check. They will put some act right in him right a way. Whatever plan he had going in there or getting transferred there. Backfired in the worse way for him.
Yes! How could a human act this way. He mowed over and killed, maimed and traumatized innocent people. His rage knows no bounds. He is a very dangerous person. Like the judge said, "some people are evil and do evil things".
This “Buck and half” sawed off wanna be “G”… is going to get a taste of what He created in Waukesha… hopefully every single day that He is able to fulfill His Sentence!?
I can’t believe she even let him back in the courtroom. He comes back and just continues to disrespect the judge and the court.. I totally understand she had a plan, and I’m amazed at her patience, BUT.....SHE LETS HIM GO TOO FAR. GOD, I JUST WANT TO JUMP THRU THE VIDEO AND SLLAP HIM SOOOO HARD. HE IS SOOOOO DESPICABLE!!!!
She had too. When he appeals, it can be shown that the judge went far above and beyond for Brooks. Giving him every opportunity to be present and defend himself. He's already trying to use the fact he was in the other court room against this judge. She was calculated with her over abundance of patience. It wasn't just that she was overly nice and giving him too much leeway. She knew EXACTLY what he'd attempt to use in his appeal
One more comment yall. Judge didn't only throw the book at Darrell she threw the whole darn library of congress at him lol. Happy New Year Darrell and Momma Woods!!! So when are charges being pressed against his mother for aiding and abetting her caged jail bird son?
That caged bird comment was just to much! She enabled him seems like all his life. I'd sue her on principal alone. She knew he shouldn't have been driving.
DB doesn't consent to being sentenced, does he really think the judge is just going to let him go free because he doesn't consent! What kind of savages raised this monster! The level of entitlement this moron carries himself with is down right scary, it's almost like DB was raised to believe he is more entitled than anyone else! His mom did this monster no favors by not raising him with consequences!
This is the judge's moment. And everyone is correct. She is very much a hero. Anybody who's upset at anything she allowed Daryl Brooks to say or do doesn't understand the appeals process or why she would give him so much rope. This case should have been over quickly when he pled guilty but he didn't. It should have been much easier to deal with when it was between lawyers but he didn't allow that to happen. It should not have been the complicated convoluted mess that it was and if this would have gone any other way this judge would not be as famous as she is. She is famous because his decisions forced her to be in the spotlight but when she was in that Spotlight she really shown like a star, she did such an excellent job she will go down in history as being one of the best judges that has name recognition with the masses. If there is a judge of the Year award, she should definitely be a candidate at least
Sovereign citizens exist in a wonderful world where they can give, or refuse to give consent as to whether or not they can be charged with offenses they have committed. I love it! If I become one of them, I can presumably park my car wherever I want to, ignoring any resultant penalties, drive without a license or insurance, as long as I am not driving commercially. Pay or not pay the IRS dependant upon my mood. It appears to be a blissful life of living by a set of rules made up by who knows whom. Mr Brooks unfortunately failed to realize that there is another set of laws and rules. He is also an idiot.
He is also a recent convert: in his interrogation after he was arrested, none of that sov cit bs was spoken by him at all. Now, hes most likely a _deconvert_ after his conviction, since it didnt help him walk.
I'm the last person who would ever defend Darrell Brooks, but let me be clear: "cannabis use intoxication" is NOT a mental disease or defect. The judge actually stated that, but she talked so fast it was hard to decipher.
@@SandraLily2 Sorry, but I just saw this. It's defending him because one of the charges against him was "cannabis use intoxication" is not a mental defect or a disease, nor is it illegal everywhere. Cannabis use or possession shouldn't count as a crime (unless, of course, it's stolen or an enormous, unaccounted for amount).
Possession of marijuana is against the law in Wisconsin that’s why Darrell Brooks dumped a bunch of bags on the porch of the house he was arrested at. “Penalties for a first-offense marijuana possession charge in Wisconsin include up to 6 months of jail time and up to $1,000 in fines. Driving privileges could also be revoked for up to 5 years. If you are a student you could lose 100% of your federal financial aid money. Subsequent convictions for THC possession (including dabs, waxes, oils, and edibles) could be felonies with much harsher consequences. An intent to distribute marijuana/THC charge is even more severe.” “Repeat marijuana possession offenses can result in a felony charge with up to 3.5 years of incarceration and/or $10,000 in fines.”

His mouth will be His ultimate undoing and demise… He will cross the wrong Individual… that doesn’t care how much He refuses to consent to whatever it is They deem He deserves….
Even through the judge's reading her powerful statement, he waved and held signs expecting the judge to stop everything for him and bring him back out. Selfish to the end, disgusting, he has learned nothing, cares only for his self. It's a shame the audio was messed up through a lot of this, missed a lot of what she said. I hope I can find another video to catch it all, it needs to be heard.
Bless your heart, your honor. Not sure how you managed so well? All that Mr. Brooks put the entire court and victims through was very shameful and he showed nothing but disrespect for all. Your's and the prosecutor's professionalism is beyond anything that he deserved. May the families and the victims find justice and a little bit of peace knowing this man will never be allowed to hurt another individual. Sandra King I couldn't have worded it any better. You express what so many of us have thought and felt. Well said, God bless everyone effected from this evil act against God's children.
It is truly staggering the extent of the injuries to so many others that day . Compound fractures , facial scarring from road rash , bruised kidneys , chipped teeth , concussions etc
He just wanted to ruin it for the VICTIMS........One last time to act like a child. He has no redeeming qualities. Not one ounce of decency for his victims or families 🤔 🙄 😕
Darrell Brooks lying again says he does not understand the court proceedings and he thinks by not given his CONSENT he can not be sentenced. That’s the Sovereign Citizen manifesto
I'm pissed off at the prior who gave him a low bond for the attempted murder of Ms Patterson a month before he ran all those people down. That judge should have blood of their hands
I agree! Brooks would have pressed his mother to come up with the money. The bail was set at $1000 and his mother bailed him out. His mother should have realized that her son deserved to do jail time. The Judge who set the bail so low should be held accountable for his decision. Brooks is a career criminal. He is a repeat offender. He has no REMORSE or EMPATHY.

Brooks is exactly 💯 what is referenced as "The Bad Seed." He is evil through and through. The thought that this demon was walking amongst us is frightening. He was jealous of the love they showed towards each other.
You’re exactly right!! He’s a monster & evil! He couldn’t get what he wanted out of Erica that day & saw ppl enjoying Christmas, their families etc! He was determined to ruin all that. You were in the courtroom? How is the vibe of that place? Like was it a full courtroom? That was cool to see this monster put away and to see him flip off like that.
I never once felt bad for him once, but after the verdict . I thought about his children 😔. They will always been known as the kid who's father committed murder and hurt so many. I hope the mothers can protect these children. Not their fault. I hope they grow up to be healthy, well-rounded individuals 🙏 😢
These kids probably do not even know who he is. Obviously he does nothing to financially assist them, he doesn't work, and I do believe they all live away from him so I doubt he sees them either. And I would bet that their mothers were abused by this thug as well. Under the jail is where he needs to be for the rest of his life
Thank you so much for this comment!! I am in fact a child of a Monster… and although my mother and father did a amazing job rasing me , it still affects you at times. My donor was convicted in 1995 when I was about 10 years old. I knew my father, I remembered my father, although I barely spent time with him. My father was heavily on drugs, but I still loved everything about him. He was so grateful for me, and always was so protective about me! He made me feel safe but unfortunately, I wasn’t enough for him. My donor went on and murdered an entire family of 8, including children. I was young, but I understood very well. Dealing with this was extremely hard growing up. I was his twin and his only daughter. Everyone recognized me as “his child”. Some treated me horrible, while others made me a charity case… its not easy … it’s not easy knowing your father killed many people! I pray, and I mean really pray, that his children talk to others when feeling down and out. I hope they don’t bottle in the pain like I did. I pray that mom do the best she can raising her child without help of the biological father! It’s sooo so hard at times, but very possible, and it’s proof because this has been been done for many centuries. I hope that one day, they can forgive their father, for peace in their heart, it helps! I hope God protect these children, but I do believe he has already done so, by removing Darrell from their lives. I hope one day they see my comment, rather sooner than later! They should know, it will be okay! Don’t hide your tears or fears from the world! You have a right to grieve. Grieve but don’t hide! I am currently 37 years old, and managed to make something out of my life. I became a Statistician about 4 years ago. I was a young teen mom at 13 years old, and had many many MANY failed attempts at life. I hated my father , I hated my mother, I hated my life, but guess what? I made it through, and so can you! It’s not your fault!! And you ARE worth it! You are loved! Thank you Janet, for this wonderful comment. People often times forget about us. You understand the hardest part in loosing a father to the system. We are survivors as well, and we suffer during the aftermath.
His kids don’t identify as his kids. He has never lived with any of them. They were props for the trial. He never paid to support them. They probably don’t even know he is their father.
during the trial I think he honestly thought he was "connecting" with the Judge. he tried to talk to he as an equal and had his moments of politeness and even joking with her. Now that he realizes she's about to send him away forever, his true nature is coming out once again.
Because he always has in some way. His whole life its been about about his needs and wants. So many people in his family failed him when he was young, when he had chances to do better. He spent time in mental hospitals and obviously he should not been released. He stopped taking his meds and stopped getting SSI probably because he didn't want to comply with the rules to continue. Then as an adult he chose to continue that behavior. All his actions got him to this point. I just wish people didn't have to die and be hurt. That's who I feel for. Not DB.
