hello I am trying to be figure out some numbers One set of numbers, the machine said 7.1 And the other set of numbers had 250 . Does these numbers look right ? I honesty don't remember what they mean ( numbers ). I am waiting for my true results next week . Your help is so much appreciated. Thank You. Debbie As far as exercise, 5 days a week and each week I'll mix them around where I'm not doing the same ole exercise daily . As far as my Diet , I changed my entire lifestyle 16 years ago. I stopped eating over 90% of my diet to Organic Food . I don't eat Dairy , Gluten , etc. I only eat organic fruits and vegetables ( in the garden ). Sleep , 8 hours a night . Between researching daily for 45 minutes, Exercising for 1 1/2 hours, etccc . I am busy most the days . Thank you for everything . Debbie

Dont worry, this is your fibroscan report Fibrosis score : 7.1 and cap: 250, fibrosis score is normal and cap is increased a bit it should be

@@gohealthwisdom This G.I. doctors want me to see a Liver Specialist. To have Liver enzymes. What does that mean ?

@@debbiec6216 This is very important to know the liver condition, how much enzymes present in the blood, if it is high then need to make it normal. AST/ALT and LFT tests are associated with these enzymes. Do it as your doctor suggested you which is mandatory.

I don't drink (alcohol ) I don't smoke, I exercise 5 days a week and in the evening I'll walk or ride bike ( not ebike , I don't have one ). I changed my lifestyle 16 years ago where I don't eat anything with sugar in it , daily or gluten.

do exercise regularly, eat healthy foot , try to eat more fruits, vegetables , avoid alcohol totally, get enough sleep, follow up your treatment virus will go down definitely. If you will do these your immune sys will be high so virus level will be down automatically.

No worries you have grade 3 fatty liver. Do exercise and avoid oily foods and dont allow to go to grade 2 then,

there is no certain time, that depends on your eating habits and lifestyle. If you take more junk foods and alcohol then fatty liver turned to liver fibrosis on early basis. Always try to take healthy foods, follow healthy lifestyle. If you have fatty liver then do at least 1 hour exercise at least thrice a week.

Hai sir i am hbsag patient My fibroscan Report Median stiffness. 7.9 kpa Iqr 0.6 kp Iqr/med . 9% Valid measurement. 10 Success Rate . 100 Lft test normal. Hbsag ECLIA method 6011.pls Reply sir🙏

Your fibroscan report is moderate, but no worry abt it. You need to avoid deep fried foods, alcohol totally no, avoid red meat specially mutton. YOu have acidity issue because of your liver is weakening. So, do exercise at least for 1 hour like walking, running, stretching, moderate aerobic gym. Consult with doctor for some medicines to stop acidity otherwise it turned to Stomach Ulcer ahead.

absolutely yes! Fibrosis or F-14 means liver fibrosis is in last stage or stage -4. In this stage liver tissues are almost 90% scarred which is irreversible which is known as Cirrhosis.
