I ate those foods high in fructuose occasionally and ftom the time I have known that there are processed meats containing unhealthy ways of preparation and producing them, I became aware now which foods to eat daily and on every occasions now and then. I manage to weight watch to an ideal weight of 62 kls from which previously I weighed at 74 kls that I was able to achieve a normal blood pressure! Thank you for this video, I have most of these symptoms. Following an ultra sound on my live it was found I have cysts on the liver. I don’t drink alcohol or smoke. Many foods upset me especially any processed foods, sugar is bad which I’ve reduced . I have celiac disease, and I follow a strict GF diet. I’ll follow the list of foods suggested. This has been a great help to me, thank you once again.

Me too am suffering from hepatitis b. And I feel some these signs...but lately I have been on a strict diet ...and have lost 8 kgs.. Am taking lemon juice,garlic, tumeric,vegs,no sugar,olive oil. Now I feel good though I still feel a little pain to my liver.

I wish these forums would talk about people with no gallbladder and no functioning pancreas. When these 2 filters no longer are present then the breakdown of food is different and harder on the liver.
