Gahanna has some of the nicest parks also. Next to creek side behind the Wendy’s is a little park hidden away Friendship Park, as well as Woodside Green park and Blendon Woods is a short distance away. Everyone who visits Gahanna should go to the Gahanna Grill and try their famous Beanie Burger.

I ♥️Gahanna because I been living in Gahanna for over 20 years now! I’m just 21 years old but I love it because you feel like you are at home in Gahanna. like have creekside, the Local bicycle shop, that is a family own business! It’s called bicycle One! It’s been great to live in!

Ask Rigs I prefer New Albany. When I lived in New Albany, everything I had to do was in Gahanna on North Hamilton. People from gahanna are snobby. I live in worthington now though . On my way to Dublin

Do u know any affordable apts there i really want a 2 bedroom under 1k. I make around 50 k but seemed I'm priced out alot of places in Columbus ohio rent is surprisingly high in ohio with no reason like a NY or LA draw nearby! Any reason why the rent is so high?

I hear you. Rent has been rising here for some time that I have noticed. Columbus is a hot real estate market and prime location for new business and job opportunities so that comes with it unfortunately. There are options under $1k in Columbus and some of the suburbs too. I know of The Cove in Canal Winchester that is 2 bedroom/2 bathrooms for just under $1k.

I’m probably moving from North Carolina to Ohio in the summer can’t wait. I visited Columbus for the first time last month, nothing but a refresh. NC SUCKS!! I live in Charlotte no culture, weather is a just plain old mess sunshine and 60 degrees nearly 24/7 👿 I’m previously and originally from Queens, NY moved in 2007. I got my associates in arts degree last month as well, I’m trying to be a teacher assistant, when would jobs be available for the 2020-2021 school year ? The suburbs I’m looking at are Gahanna, Hilliard, and New Albany. I’d like to know which is the best suburb and great with apartment pricing. If any information, please let me know!!

Hey Travis! I emailed you back so check out that email. I hope you find all that you are looking for here in Ohio. Columbus is pretty awesome in my opinion and just really provided something for everyone! The areas you mentioned are all great places to live. I've even done some videos on them. Plan for at least $1,000/mo rent or higher really... but coming from NY and NC, this may not be too much of a shock. Start looking for jobs now and I emailed you options. That way you can start negotiations with companies and get a plan for when you will be relocating. I hope this helps. Reach out if you have more questions!
