It's interesting how the Dallas region has developed over the decades. First it was Arlington and the surrounding areas moving south, then it was Plano and moving way north, now it is Rockwall, Royse City, and . . . Caddo Mills (?) moving east. In 2004 Caddo Mills was a sleepy Texas town. How much construction and price increases are attributed to California people moving to this region?
It's been crazy right? I've been around DFW since the late 90s and it's night and day. I would say the influx of people from all over is the catalyst, not solely Californians.
