It only has a two car garage, which is ridiculous. Five car garage minimum for any house $20M and up. Amazing how every real estate channel ignores garages, which is close to an instant deal breaker.
Very nice house with beautiful finishes. I like the pool deck, the dining room, and the gym/spa. However it's 5 stories and a roof deck. Coming in from the street you have to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the front door. There are two elevators, one goes from garage/street (1) to the front door area (3). The second elevator inside house goes from (3) to (5). There is no home theater, but the family room has a big TV. Because of all the stairs I don't see this selling for anywhere near this price.
Arvin, humor me for a moment. I look at this place as a starship. Like the Enterprise. You arrive in the shuttle bay (garage), and take the turbo lift ( elevator) to the Bridge (main Level).😁 I agree that the price is high. Of course, I don't how much it cost to build this place. I know they had to remove lots of dirt, and there is lots of concrete and steel. Thank you for the video. The new software looks great!
So good to watch someone who shows a house with pros and cons and you know what you are buying. It is funny the difference in culture though. In my country, people who have houses on hills like that are usually the poor, while in the US are the rich. And in here people are usually afraid of building houses in the hills. And besides not having a driveway, there is also the fact that many windows from neighbor houses are open to your pool.
It will eventually slide down the hill. It absolutely has to. Rain erosion, little to no vegetation to hold together what sparse soil there is underneath it, the immense weight of the thing combined with Isaac Newton's gravity will all do what they do over time. Just like you see in the news.

Taste is the only word broke people love to use.... it is different and one thing for sure rich people are enjoying it and it they want to change their taste they have money to do... broke will always dream about their taste
Views? Yeah, everyone around you have clear views into your entire house, why are there even windows in this place, it will be perpetually shaded of. Also, where is the pool? All I see is a glorified bathtub for nudists because around 600 people, their cameras and telescopes will have a clear view to the owners hairy ass at all times. For those kind of money I expect at least some privacy and an actual pool Its 43 mil asking price is insane, that thing is worth 29 tops and only if the buyer is a rabid nudist flasher! Sure the ceilings are grandeur-ish and you will enjoy them mucho but then again, so will every other person living on both sides of your abode. Imagine, you are drunk, dont think and waddle around nekkid and the next week you get blackmail pics sent to you along a demand for money :P lol
