We once had a client from up north and his risk assessment said about a trigger for violent incidents was being called Wayne Rooney…I swear when he was booked into the project he was the spit of Rooney but wore tracksuits so looked even more like him🤣 We were like “fxxk me Wayne Rooney’s in reception”.
