@@tomasreyes1421Thank you very much brother. I got really lucky when I fell. Could have been pretty bad especially because I was still recovering from my hand surgery.
Greetings from across the pond all the way from 🇺🇸. My cousin has a car just like that and it sounds just like that. Very annoying 😂😂 Nothing can beat that V8 roar.
@@OTRBandit hi nice looking rig u have there sir.. but I prefer scania v8 or a volvo which I drove for many years in the UK 🇬🇧 keep up the good work bro 🇬🇧
You would be a pretty good t.v. producer. Great splicing and BANG here comes the drone. Scared me a bit then was exicting. YEA BUDDY! PUT THAT ON A T-SHIRT.
Thanx very much for another awesome video, I'm new & just subscribed. Back when, I drove for Werner, in a Freightliner Classic. Your Pete is sweet looking, yea buddy. How many gears are in your Pete, 10, 12. 18 ?? Thank you also for your service to keep freight moving, and especially your suggestions to those who follow you or watch your video's about being respectful out there to other drivers, truck stops, etc. While I was out there in my weenie wagon, I was the same way. Its not the same when I drove. Yes sir, take it easy, stay safe..
Appreciate your kind words sir. Thank you very much 🙏🏼 this truck is 13 speed. I remember when Werner had those classics. Now everyone is trying to be fuel efficient with plastic trucks. I may be wrong but I think they also had some long hood petes. But I can’t really remember if they did for sure.
Owner operator in 2006 Lost my ass and a whole lot of other shit . Lol been a company driver since but local and loco in the cabeza but i want outa here Bro and any suggestions let me know love the videos I want to send you some snaps for coffee send me your email please let me know your and thank you for all you put up with out there 👍
Honestly, if you are getting paid good there running local and you like it, I would definitely stay there. Especially if you’re a family man. If you’re going to come OTR, I would suggest buying your own truck and doing it that way. You would probably make the same money out here as you do now if you were to be company driver OTR
@@tomasreyes1421I am not sure how people do it buddy. Somehow they send it through comments on RU-vid. But save your money brother. I have plenty in my coffee fund that people have sent me 🙏🏼
Im not a driver. But wouldnt it be better to get .89cents a mile if your going that way anyways? Rather than deadhead for 100% out of pocket. Like i said, i dont know the industry, excuse my ignorance.
Good question. Those loads coming out of Florida are usually very heavy and pay pretty much nothing. It’s better to go empty where you will have less wear and tear on your truck and you’ll spend way less fuel than if you were hauling 45K pounds. God forbid you have a tire blowout because of how heavy you are, you would be in negative right there and then because of it. And it’s saving time when you’re empty which is most important. I’ve driven Orlando to Kentucky empty and that same day, I’ve picked up a load that was 400 miles but pays better than if I have picked up that same load from Florida and driven it 1000 miles. Let me know if you have any other questions, I’d be happy to answer them.
Actually it's better to haul a load of sailboat fuel than haul some of the loads that are available. A couple that immediately come to my memory. Nestle water 46 thousand pounds and power drink or sport drink 46 thousand pounds. No thanks I don't care for either of those loads for 400 dollars. Both are horrible cheap freight no thanks.
