Loaded Hummus Extravaganza | Perfect for Sharing and Amazingly Flavorful 

My son has Autism. He communicates as well as the typical kids his age now. As a kid, he had limited speech. One of his first full sentences was a little joke. With a huge, excited smile, he said, "Hummus is Yummus!" and laughed. It's one of the best moments of my life, and I thank you for another way to present him with his favorite food.

Not complaining, cause any struggle meals video immediately makes my day a good one, but I was very surprised that you didn't make the hummus yourself, Frankie. I would love to see a video of you making hummus!

Great idea, I'd also depit the olives or get a jar of pitted ones. Yes, they are nothing like the ones with the pit in, but they make for a perfect eating experience

If you keep your mouth tightly shut while you cut onions, your eyes won't tear up nearly as much.

To save a little more money you can make the hummus yourself and control the flavor profile even more. Store bought is great but homemade is so easy.

Throw your onion in the freezer for five to ten minutes for you ready to cut it it will greatly reduce the amount of chemicals that are released out of the onion cells when you break them down. Chilling the onions slows down how fast the chemicals can move just like freezing water but slower... and mot fully frozen... That just destroys the onion.

Why not make real hummus? Store bought hummus is often loadet with unneccessary trash. I cook a big batch of chickpeas and freeze them. It takes a few minutes to make great hummus.
