People can vote on things all they want. The word doesn’t change. If you just choose what you believe regardless of what the Bible says, then you don’t need the Bible to begin with. You are choosing to be your own god. Christianity is about denial of self and submission to God. Accept Jesus as your savior, repent and believe. The kingdom of God is at hand. This life is a vapor. Care more for your eternal soul than for your temporal flesh.

I'm pretty hyped that church attendance is declining. New people aren't joining, people are leaving, and it serves them right. I know I'll never see a total decline of religion in my lifetime, but it gives me a lot of hope to see that the Southern Baptist Church is hemorrhaging patrons so badly. It's great.

nothing to see hear. the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 addresses this with Scripture. If a member church does'nt want to submit to the authority of Scripture, they are free to leave. Another note is the fact that other denominations (UMC, PCUSA, ELCA, etc) that began with women in positions of pastoral authority, then ended up affirming homosexual behavior and transgenderism. When the authority of Scripture is rejected in one area, a downward spiral begins.
The Bible tells us the gate is narrow...not all who cry out to Him follow Him. It certainly seems as though the wheat is being separated from the chaff. Do we follow Christ, or the world? There is only one right choice.

I lost my job because I declined the vaccine. I declined due to my heart condition I had a massive heart attack and I suffer from lupus. I am waitressing now but not making nearly enough to get by. Every month is a struggle to survive. I can’t go back to my job at the hospital because mandates are still in place. Jesus help me to overcome my fears. Because as I struggle I am fearful. Struggling to provide for me and my children is scary Struggling to buy groceries. Struggling to pay rent. BUT I trust you Lord. Jesus hear my prayers. Even though I’m discouraged NO MATTER WHAT! " Anyone that says the bible allows for a woman to preach and/or to take any position of biblical authority does not read the bible in any other way but through their own interpretation. That person first sins against God by disobeying 2 Peter 1:20. If they can't repent of this sin as a person of an authoritative position in the true Christian church, they must step down from that position because they have proven themselves disqualified to hold a position of biblical authority. 2 Peter 1:21 " For no prophecy was ever made by the will of man, but men being moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God." It is not mankind that is the final authority, but God Himself. Don't blame man, blame God. Yet, He knows better than what our minds can comprehend.

Question any pastor that states what He believes without referencing the Bible to back it up. Also, as stated in Matthew 27:19, all Christians are called to spread the Word of God as Annie Armstrong and Lottie Moon did as missionaries. Missions and spreading the word of God is not the same thing as being a pastor.
But pastors do spread the word of God. There is no difference. Little Moon, Annie Armstrong and corrie ten boom were shepherds to the people they ministered to. What's the dividing line here? We have women serving in the missions fields being tortured and imprisoned for their faith and work they do but the southern Baptists say they are not worthy or eligible to be pastors of a church's. It’s simple, you can’t have two CEOs running a company and expect it to succeed. Bible, God is extremely clear, God is head of man and man his head of a woman. There is order in God’s Kingdom. Just like when I was a tank commander in the Army and part of a 4 man tank crew, each person on the tank crew has a specific job and duties to fulfill to be effective at destroying the enemy, you have a driver, loader, gunner and tank commander. If you have two tank commanders and no driver or loader, or gunner then you have an ineffective tank and tank crew. A man has a purpose and a role, and a woman has a purpose and role, both are different but complement each other. What’s so hard about understanding that, FEMINISTS???? I am a born again Christian, baptized in the Wesleyan Church, where we do have ordained women pastors who are role models and advocates of the women in church. The Wesleyan Church is seeing a great revival and growth in this age of wokeness and hypocrisy among church leadership. Women need not apply for a job as a pastor in this denomination, but we wont turn down 10% of your income from jobs you hold down in orher male dominated fields like medicine, bank management, law enforcement, sports, pilots, construction trades, fork lift drivers, retail management, chefs, hotel management, taxi drivers..........isnt it hypocritical? Our money is good enough, but our call to preach/minister isnt?

Pray to be saved from hell (whatever that may be). Pray for your friends and your family too, it only takes a minute or so/less at a time to pray. All the apostles were men. The human authors along with the Spirit were men. Adam, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David ALL MEN. Reality and thus God's way is very patriarchal.
