Always check that your Logitech G hub is updated, I had the same problem and was looking at this video. Just checked for an update and saw there was one available; after I updated it my mouse started working perfectly. CHECK FOR UPDATE.
I maybe found a solution. Bought G303 and it was not recognized at the first try. Here's how i managed to fix it. 1. Delete Logitech Gaming Software. 2. Restart your computer (!) 3. Install LGS again and restart after the installation. 4. Go to C:/Program Files/Logitech Gaming Software/FWUpdate/ and select your mouse model (In this case G303) 5. Launch the app inside as administrator, it should ask you to reconnect the device, do it and wait for the installation to finish. 6. The LGS should open immediatly after the update is done, now you can customize your peripherials however you want. // I had my G303 recognized as a Keyboard;Mouse (with a keyboard icon) in devices in control panel, you can try uninstalling it (if you're having trouble), reconnecting the device and trying to run the update as i mentioned above.
There are different softwares for different series of the mouse from Logitech like Set Point or Unify or Logitech One etc. Try Google your mouse model and it's software
i have logitech g102 lightsync , so once i set all the lightning effect and as soon as i close the logitech g hub application the lightning setting move to default and the setting that you did in the app just doesn't works. Any solution to that?
I have the same problem with my g633 headset, it worked fine for over 2 years and now this happened. I know for sure it is the same problem, because i indeed found my headset listed as a USB Composite Device. The problem is i tried everything showed in this video, and even more, and i still don't get the option to roll back the drivers, as it is always greyed out. The headset is working, but i can't use the surround sound or any eq settings, as no matter what i do the LGS software won't detect it as being connected. Any thoughts?
I had my mouse suddenly stop working but I eventually fixed it after a long research. My receiver wasn't recognised just as an HID-compliant mouse/USB receiver. So I unconnected the usb, deleted all the windows drivers with the hardware ID "046D", restarted pc, installed the Logitech hub, restarted pc, inserted receiver and it installed and recognised the receiver in the Logitech hub. My next issue was I couldn't connect it to my mouse and the Logitech connection utility wouldn't recognise my receiver even though the hub says its connected. So I installed an older version of the connection utility (2.0.3.0) and it recognised my mouse and connected straight away. Woohoo super exciting, it was hard to repair so I felt I should share this info for you all and I'm to lazy to make videos, any questions just ask :)
My Mouse does not work atall, I have the G903 and it is not working in wired or wireless. It is not recognised in the Logitech software, any help please?
had this issue after a win10 update... uninstalled, re-installed LGS, didn't work. Run as admin, didn't work tried everything. Then I unplugued my wireless sensor (for G305 mouse) from 3.1 USB port to the one next to it which is 3.0, device detected.... if that helps some of you... I know it's dumb but it worked for me. and it wouldn't be the first time a dumb thing would work instead of a more "common and normal" solution.....
I have the M510 and it only works when I have the laptop charger plugged in but right now I don't have it with me ._. Am I just stuck with using touchpad
The tutorial was really helpful, but when I uninstalled my drivers and reinstalled on windows 10....it still didnt get detected in the logitech software. I have a G602 so I dont know if anyone else had that same problem
My mouse already appears in Universal Serial Bus controllers (x2 for some reasons I don't understand too), by doing the same as you did, uninstalling, unplug then plug: 1st Logitech doesn't detect it, even for a nanosecond. 2cd, when I go into properties/drivers, the roll back drivers option is still unavailable... I can only ask for help, it's been hours I'm trying to solve it, not finding...
I own a G502 Hero. I faced a similar problem. Check that the software version is the latest one, 9.0 not 8.3. Older softwares do not support newer peripherals. So do that first.
I have a problem that my software won't even install. Click on LG's v9 software nothing happens. Right click run as admin. Still nothing. Don't know what to do
Logitech recommends old LGS version 9.0.42 for me which causes this, however once updating to 9.02.65(found on the web) it detects my mouse. Mouse is mx518 on WIN 10. Hope this helps someone. This was the only thing that fixed mine - updating software.
@@aaqibiz Well what's interesting is that I checked multiple times on the official site and it's literally recommending an old version that doesn't seem to be compatible with my mouse. BTW I just reinstalled windows so I'm not exactly updating but installing fresh. Not sure if the site is bugged or what.
@@Friendlyx333 actually MX518 and suit are very old now. Last version of it's driver is also years old. Thats why may be they are not updating the links on their website

For that you can simply google the drivers for your mouse and you will get the drivers for it. P.S: If it's not what you asked, then feel free to comment again with your question
Hello, I am wondering if it is possible to get back my mouse AND keyboard drivers. I install ZaDig and my computer forcefully updated, but now the computer only recognizes the ZaDig driver, which is only recognizing a Gamecube Controller Adapter. If you know how to deal with this, please let me know.
Try uninstalling the Zadig and all the other utilities which were install with it. If that doesn’t work, download driver Sweeper and delete all the unwanted drivers from your system.

It looks like its not been updated with the correct software or the update process did not finished properly. Try updating again with a correct update.

Gamer Vengeance download the official driver from the website according to your keyboard model. Even after that it's not recognize then try it on different pc. Even after that if it's not recognized then it's a hardware problem.
