Logitech z906 - Is it worth it?

One is 5.1, 1 is 5.1 THX.... the z906 are insane!! Pretty much at ANY volume level

If you mean the z.5550 its thx certified too lel.... and it has better bass so go for the z5500

I have Z506 and had ome of the small LS ones and I must say. The 5.1 channel is very useful because you can use multiple devices at same time

I have both. The z-906 has better satelites mids-highs, but z-5500 has WAY better bass and peak power(basically how much you can get out of it by pushing it hard), also better remote control, because you have all the options at once and you don't need to scroll through like 50 options to get to the one you want, and the controler is way more intuitive and easier to use, it has a screen and a few buttons to see everything you want easily and the z-906 you can see has basic less intuitive controls with unmarked buttons(again you need to scrool through the options for a long time and it has only some LED to show the level). So in conclusion: Z-906 - better satelites, smaller, newer looking(and is newer) and thats pretty much it! z-5500 - Better sub, cheaper, definetly still easy to find, and if you use it right you can get WAY more out of the z-5500 than the z-906(in particular the sub) and a few more things but these are the major ones. That's it man, hope this helped.

Without a doubt

It will fill your room with bass. Not powefull enough to shake your chair extremely, but you can feel the vibrations. If you want to feel more sub and same sound, go for something like z-5500. Check out my video about that speaker system or the compare z906 vs z5500, so you can se the difference:) But for the cheap price, you do get a good sub;)

Salty Graphics/PurePressure thanks m8. I just need the money for a Better speaker system and I don't really earn that much, and I really don't listen to loud music or movies that often so I think this would be the optimal solution for me

Rasmus Blom if you have one of these now I recommend changing the subwoofer just the sub tho

That's not even a comparison, the z-906 are WAY better, i mean there like 2x the price! Just a completely different class.

Well on the controll panel, there is a button under "Stereo" If you press that, you will see on the display that all the lights will glow. That means that all 5 speakers is working ;) Hope this helped:)

TheSmoBro No bueno, 3D is 5.1 and I can't get it. Only stereo 2.1 or 4.1, produces any sound from the system. I hooked it up according to the directions. Do you have to use an optical cable, to get 5.1? If so, currently not using the optical outlets.

well. I put the to speakers in the front, and the center in the middle. And the 2 rear speaker on my side. (It was the best i could get them)

no. what kind of question is that? ever seen wireless speakers? if they exist everybody would have wanted it. it would be a dream to have wireless speakers that are not bluetooth.

@@TaeWooKim91 the only wireless speakers I can find are Bluetooth speakers. Which work on a battery. And Sonos does Sell wireless speakers. But again they run on a battery. So if you mean that then yes they do exist. But they are not expensive. Well it depends which brand you buy.

Sad Monkey Nope its 500 watts RMS that means you shoud be able to slap that thing at high volume for long. Don't look at PEAK power always look for RMS ratings. Companies do that to confuse people that they're getting a mad ass sound system that will rattle your house. But not really. Hope this helps

no real rms power is 500w .. on box is peak power 1000w
