No need for dancing. I mean, modern music cant be without dance, if there is huge lack of talant and/or skills on vocal side, dancing can distract from it, but here are no need for additional movements. Sheer amount of talant, skills and energy from their voices.
For anyone wondering, this song is talking about a boy who takes a girl, Ieva, to a dance. Ieva's mother doesn't want her to go, but eventually, she and the boy sneak out. After the dancing, they hook up. They go back home and Ieva's mother is mad and Ieva starts crying. The song ends basically with the boy telling the mom he loves Ieva and will not give her up. As someone who is 1/8 Fin, this is truly amazing! My great grandma is 100% Fin, and I've heard my share of things about Finland. I'm learning this song actually, and im learning it from one of the singers in this video. I believe its Hanni who is teaching. (This is a Finnish polka)
