The mug had the cat photo ON BOTH SIDES in Episode 1. We don't see both sides of the mug this episode, but the fact that it's blank on one side stands to reason it's blank on the other side. Sorry to take your um-actually from you, but have you considered the fact that I said "through" instead of "thorough"? WHAT AN IDIOT, right?? 😂
Maybe but Loki did have adventures and stories with Thor and the gang so they must have been as least friends, just never close in Lokis heart for some reason because Loki was selfish and narcissistic and never opened his eyes to the friends he had.
I like the idea, that the episodes have Infinity Stones theme in each of them. 1st episode is soul stone, with Loki not being a machine, lots of orange colours. 2nd episode reality stone, red colours, questioning what is and is not real. 3rd episode, power stone, lots of blue colours, we observe as Loki and Sylvie use their powers, some of them are shown for the first time. 4th episode mind stone, mainly Mobius mind is changed, yellow colours. I bet 5th episode will be based on the time stone. Green colours of Lokis from different timelines
Imagine getting a job as an extra, you think its the break of your life. Hired by Marvel to play as Loki. No idea what happened to Tom Hiddleston, but hey; you're not gonna say no. And you're just another person in the back because everyone is Loki. That'd be funny
I liked the one about the dagger "Love is a dagger, its a weapon to be wielded from far away or up close, you can see yourself in it, its beautiful until it makes you bleed. But ultimately when you reach for it its not real" because he is describing Sylvie.
“Do you think what makes a Loki a Loki is the fact that we’re destined to lose,” appears to be a question of importance for the series. But it also might be a call out to Coulson telling Loki that losing forms a part of Loki’s nature after Loki stabs him in the back.
@@kennethhall289 I mean in technically they're still two different people but isn't that extremely fitting for Loki. Also I think the word you're looking for is self-cest
Sif said over and over that Loki “will always be alone”. What if that’s why Sylvie was supposed to be pruned? Because if they met up with each other, Loki wouldn’t be alone anymore. That’s why the branch nexus event spiked like that. Loki was about to not be alone anymore.
@@psk5896 the nexus event was probably triggered because a person can't fall in the love with a copy of themselves, also maybe loki was bound to never get love or you know as sif said, forever stay alone😢
IGN reviewed some of the worst Futurama episodes in later seasons and gave them good reviews. Then they reviewed some of the slower paced episodes and said there weren’t enough jokes despite that pacing better matching the feel of the older seasons.
I feel like they won't bring someone huge such as Kang in this series to overshadow Loki like they didn't bring Dr. Strange in WV. I think there will be twists at the end within the characters.
yeah I said this another video before, that for as clear as Feige and them have been that canonically, the TV series will mean just as much as the films and look as good, there's still no way they're going to take what's surely going to be the next Thanos-level villain and have his first proper appearance be in anything other than a feature. We'll maybe get an informational confirm, but the actor ain't showing up until the cinema.
I think the one who remains will be revealed to be the one behind it all. It wouldn't make since for him not to be in it knowing his comic origin. There might be a sneak peak of kang at the end but he definitely won't have a full on apearence.
yeah, i was like... wow.. thats some terrible budget CGI... which is so out of the norm for MCU movies/films.... then... OH~~~ Thats explains why they looks off...
Maybe it’s just me, but Loki’s “what about the word of a friend” was very reminiscent of Legolas’ “what about side by side with a friend?” to Gimli in Return of the King.
"It's crazy, but let's be honest, it gives us a lot of fun things to look at." Possibly the most objective accurate review of Armageddon I've ever seen.
And a little reminiscent of Black Widow's "Where else am I gonna get a view like this?" when it looked like Earth's Armageddon at the hands of Ultron was possibly a foregone conclusion.
The older I get,, the less entertained I am by seeing scenes where dozens to thousands of people are killed, even when you don't see actual people die. Maybe having a kid has something to do with it.
i think the tva agent's "cat" is actually a variant flurken- the same one that swallowed the tesseract but this time it never spat it up. This would cause major problems for the sacred timeline and thus it would need to be taken in.
I had same thought of it being a Flerken, just to eat anyone who acts out in that office. Like the tesseract idea.. also I suppose now every 🐈 in the MCU will be theorized as Flerken.
This made me think of the first clue that the TVA are full of it bc how do one of their employees own a cat but 2 others dont know what a fish is or ever rode a jetski????
Based on Loki’s reaction, that didn’t look like it was planned. And I’m pretty sure Dr. Strange wasn’t around to look for other possibilities where they win.
The way Mobius was talking I think he understood he was getting pruned and telling them where he wanted to go, secretly explaining to Loki that this isn't death and we will return, then Loki finds out he isn't actually dead, so now it's time to gather a Loki army and free Mobius.
That final "You can be whoever you want to be" moment from Mobius has such an inspirational teacher vibe to it that I can't help but wonder if that pen really was his after all. Or one version of Mobius at least. Maybe a nod to a far subtler Renslayer trophy that we really should have noticed all along.
He has such Dad energy. I love how he treats Loki like a rebellious teen.. Mobius has seen his entire life, to him… he knows Loki better than we do as viewers. He saw him as a baby, saw his saddest and most honest moments. He just can’t help but act like his dad!
Before getting pruned, Loki turns around and notices the Judge on the floor about to get up (look at his eyes) then he turns around and says his last words to Sylvie and gets pruned. I’m starting to believe Loki knew something...
Yeah he also seems very hasty in trying to tell Sylvie whatever he was going to say. His expression when looking down at Renslayer seems odd if it doesn't pan out how you said
Had a random thought while watching this: Loki is the person behind the Time Keepers...Not Kang. His "glorious purpose": eliminate all "competition" So he can rule the universe.
@@wisewigga7129 for me, at least: I thought this episode fell more in line with the first 2 compared to the 3rd one, which is why I enjoyed it, fell more in line with the story for me
“One often meets his destiny on the path he takes to avoid it.” The nexus event was a nexus event because it triggered the TVA to rescue them and keep them alive and not get wiped out on Lamentis1. So, the TVAs tech, policy, action AND the connection between the Loki-Squared were all necessary to make it a nexus event….. completely tautological.
I’ve been on about this since watching the episode yesterday!!! I couldn’t agree more. I think the branch was so steep because they were immediately removed from the timeline by the TVA so they had extra potential to cause extra change.
I like that Loki has no issue starting a fight with a Valkerie, but doesn't even try to block Siff even though he knows exactly what's coming. It shows how hopeless his situation is.
Here is the issue we don’t know what happen what happens to stuff that gets pruned so it could be everything that gets pruned ends up where Loki is now. Not just Loki but that one possible thing
IT ALL MAKES SENSE! The polybius arcade machine was PRUNED from the timeline. this alternate world is full of everything that has ever been pruned. which also means Casey’s kart full of Infinity Stones is somewhere in this alternate world as well.
The time cell in this episode reminds me of the depiction of Hell in "Lucifer". In Lucifer, each damned soul was condemned to repeat the main source of guilt they felt in life. It was a plot point in a few episodes.
I think for sure the person in charge of the TVA is a loki, the reason he wants no other Loki's around is because he is the superior Loki and doesn't want anyone else to be a threat to him. Just a prediction
They do use the term “pruned” so the timelines that come from nexus events are still existent, they are just no longer connected to the sacred timeline. So it makes those places prime real-estate for dropping variants.
Lets all remember we haven't really seen any evidence of reciprocated affection. We saw Loki kinda develop a crush on Sylvie. Sylvie seems pretty much oblivious to the feelings WE picked up on.
I believe what Loki was about to say to Sylvie before getting pruned was something completely different than what people are thinking and probably an important plot point
I’m not sure how you do it but you manage to catch every little detail in shows it’s truly incredible. For instance, the light of truth shinning on Mobius, I’m just blown away how detailed oriented you are. Keep up the good work
Is nobody going to talk about the fact that Alberta, Canada is also the home of Wolverine?! It may just be me getting excited to see Wolverine in the MCU...
Isn't Alpha Flight from Alberta, Canada? Wouldn't that be a better possibility of something or someone who causes a nexus event, than a sitting senator?
did you catch the lord of the rings reference? "so i just have to trust the word of two lokis?" "how about the word of a friend" "i never thought i would die fighting side by side with an elf." " how about side by side with a friend?"
I wouldn't say "same age" time still moves in the TVA just not at the same pace as it does on earth, M.M.M says "Time Moves Differently Here In The TVA" which does confirm that it infact moves but at a different pace
@@christelgonzalez3624 Wait till MOM you'll see... 😂😂 They didn't recover... They were undoing the damage when they found another spike .. really big one.. on Lamentis. So it's kind of like one thing led to another
What if the TVA is in chronopolis in the quantum realm? That could explain how time works differently there as well as why the infinity stones don’t work.
Yess! Almost as if they're constantly on the move in whateever reality they reside in. As to why classic loki says "You will be dead if you don't come with us" meaning that they have to stay on the move to avoid death of some kind . . .
@@jordanhill3159 holy shit!!! That actually makes sense! Maybe all those Lokis are hiding in apocalypses, and Tom's Loki lands in the middle of one....
Imagine being so powerful that a time traveling criminal establishes an entire bureaucracy to eliminate all versions of you before even just one of them realizes how powerful you are. 💅🏻
Tony Stark made the TVA in Endgame in the time in between discovering the “inverted Möbius strip” and showing up at the compound. Not letting go of that “mess with time, it tends to mess back- you’ll see” line. Other than “I am Ironman”, this was one of the last significant lines from Stark.
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but the empathy you feel for your favourite character is healing for you because you see yourself in them and the empathy is actually self-directed ❤️
Another detail I noticed was when Sylvie was walking into the robot detector thing if you look on the floor you can see scorch marks insinuating that people didn’t know they were robots and actually did get incinerated.
If multiple Loki's are being sent to the same place when they are pruned, maybe Mobius will get sent to a place where there will be multiple Mobius-es.
When he said "How?" I looked right at my wife and was like, "That's how he's going to do it! He didnt get to say Wow but damn it, he snuck it in there! I love it!" XD
The big giveaway was given in EPISODE 1 - R.Slayer saying to Mobius: “This is your last chance with THIS Loki.” It’s an obvious take to numerous Mobius analysts, and the multiple Loki’s that he’s worked with.
