Emotional!? I was there for that celebration on honeymoon. Thay night I was 4 edibles and 3 canned Guinnesses deep. I was on another level experiencing that!! Recorded the entire display on my phone!

yes indeed...don't get me wrong, the fireworks in other cities were very spectacular and beautiful, but something missing...yes that's it...a blooming great big clock, a time keeper which is fundamentally important when you think celebrating the New Year is counting time, going from one year to the next...symbolism and all that....

i went to watch the fireworks in person in 2013 i think it was, and ngl, it was awful. i think it was because i was viewing from the side bridge but you just couldn’t see anything and obviously you couldn’t hear the music because there was too many people around x

Not long ladies and gentlemen till the Biggest longest London nye display 2020 is the main big one Theme is British new Decade the whole display will reflect all the amazing events through the years and Saying Hello New Decade. With 21 songs in the soundtrack whole display on for 18mins 7 seconds 5 Barges in total the most Barges ever for a London nye display meaning more fireworks 100.000 fireworks will launch grand finale 3mins long. I also live in the UK and love London! I went to see the fireworks last night (a spontaneous decision that meant driving 120+ miles!) and it was such a good happy atmosphere with people there from all over the world there enjoying it!

Oh Callum, i think it's safe to say you don't speak for anyone in the UK. I'm sure there are some that dislike London but that goes for anywhere in the world. Every city has it's bad sides but as someone that lives in the north west of England i can say London is place that can offer visitors whatever they want, from the educational to quality nights out and everything in between.

That was an impressive display, and while i never went out last night like normal, i stayed at home with my dog and by 10pm the polish folk in our town set off lots of fireworks, and then at midnight there was even more fireworks as the british celebrated the new year, i stood on the green outside my house watching the fireworks going off in all directions, and hugging neighbours who i know well and those i dont know so well, we all came together momentarily, and for me it was the best way to see in 2017. ATOM that was just the voice of ronnie corbett but sounds like it was recorded when he was younger, his voice sounded very youthful. rip the two ronnies
