Great video, I drive the trains on this line. Bizarre that this is first video suggested to me after I put on pc after getting home from work but it's enjoyable. Officially it's still called the East London Railway (the bit from Highbury to New Cross Gate anyway). We're even controlled by the East London Line Signal Box. The London Overground is having all it's lines renamed to make it easier. So just like London Underground you have the Northern, Central and Victoria lines - we'll have London Overground with the Windrush, Suffragette and Mildmay lines. The line on this video will be the Windrush Line.
thank you, I was on my way to the Croydon Tramlink and looked at the old route between Whitechapel and Surrey Quays. I only took video footage in Whitechapel, but I included the name in my video☺
