I really like UnderNight, i wish i could play it more but i live in Angola and no one plays it here :( Wish the game had crossplay and rollback netcode...

There's something so magical watching a relatively obsure fighting game and it's community keep growing until it hits it's big moment like reaching the EVO mainstage. I remember when I first discovered UNI with UNIEL and was just blown away by the depth of the mechanics. And then I saw how insane the game got at high level and now I am scared of being stuck in the corner against Byakuya and his absurd web traps.

I really enjoy UNIST its just a lot of fun to play never knew the history was that big with this game and how dedicated the community is its awesome. cant wait for UNICLR next week

Although i know the game is fun , and i want grow the number, but in Taiwan any kind of fighting game is too small to grow, i tried make a article make tutorail everythong i can do i do it about 1 year, but it seem people dont get interesting in any kind of fighting game (gg..uni..ect)， maybe Taiwanese only like Kof (SAD)， hope 1 day i can see the light , beside kof ,other fighting game player base will grow

This game is strangely addicting. The whole grid system and unique character roster really intrigues me.

A great documentary! I always found the game interesting(see it alot on streams) but did't really know its story, till now. Still, its strange the devs did't do more to market the game.. Then again, fighting games seem to be into a league of their on in that regard.

UNIST a game is always a unique case for me, i was hesitantly picked the game because the community is dead small in my local yet it is a damn straight fun yet full of depth game, when i saw unist finally getting into evo it was like THANK GOD this game was finally getting the attention it always deserves

Last year we hosted a small tournament at my LGS and decided to put UNIST on the lineup we pulled almost 20 players. The EVO announcement sparked a huge boom in the community and I hope the UNICLR release makes it even bigger.

The story of UNI and its community is really inspiring and the time it came to Evo it was when i first got into it, and other Anime FGs in general. Im not gonna lie, i do wish this could happen to Skullgirls, one day...

It's been a few years since I've found this game and I don't even remember how, but it really makes my heart thump seeing how much it's grown.

Fate/Unlimited Codes, Melty Blood, and UNIST were my first true foray into fighting games after being one of those outsiders who looked at traditional fighting games nervously. Even if I'm not really that good (though have definitely gotten better in the past half year), those three games showed me the fun of fighting games tbh. Definitely plan to get UNICLR sometime in the future.

I think it's a testament to the amount of trust and respect Brett has built up across the years when it takes me half the video to remember this is the dude who casually ignited certain elements with the Eltnum JAV tweet.

When I first played UNIclr, I first played arcade mode and watched all of the stories in chronicle mode. Based off the plot of each character in the game I thought: "There is definitely going to be a sequel." If there is going to be a sequel the characters that I would love or look more than capable of being playable would be: Tsurugi (member of EFG) Komatsu (member of EFG) Joker (member of Amnesia) Uzuki (member of Amnesia) Silvaria (second in command of the Licht Kreis) Kaguya Seikaiguu (member of Licht Kreis and Orie's friend) Zohar (former member of Bankikai and comrade of Strix) Radiata (an Autonomic Nerve like Vatista) Reflecta (another Autonomic Nerve) Murayama (one of Wagner's attendants) Sakurai (another one of Wagner's attendants) Adelheid (leader of the Licht Kreis) Kuon (Linne's brother) A member or two from Ritter Schild (I would have like to add Roger and Orge, but they're dead.)

Dope ass documentary. As someone who was late to the French Bread party. The simple fact that Melty Blood came out and DIDN'T charge for any of the DLC made me forever a supporter of this company, so I bought Uni:Clr after that on principle and fell in love (prolly my favorite modern FG). Now that Uni 2 is here and has rollback, I hope this becomes an eternal game...like 3rd Strike.

As someone who remembers the fighting game dark ages (2003-2009), so many people put way too much emphasis on the EVO main stage to get approval to play a game. Just play what you like fam. Dem GGPO VSAV/Garou days when the lobbies were EMPTY was sad. At least you kids get content creators and crossplay as an option now. And its not like Side tourneys at EVO were never a thing.

If only Fighting Climax Ignition begin redeem themselves to get recognitions this year, through advising both Sega & ASCII to follow a same method as what Team Arcana (formerly w/ Examu) & Square-Enix did w/ MAAB aside renew licensing collaborations. There might be alternates: * Localize DFCI under new title update (which feature Crossing Void introduced playable fighters & assists) to PC only. Japanese version remains having Switch & PS4 versions * Adds both Akira Yuki (from Sega’s Virtua Fighter) & Yukina Himeragi (from ASCII/Dengeki Bunko’s Strike the Blood) as post-launch paid DLCs (last guests) for UNICLR * Both

7:37 Its pretty amazing how broken Gord was in UNI compared to his appearance in BBTAG. He WAS broken there too for a time, but after Gorby. Got booted to bottom teir once he got nerfed to oblivion. Im nervous but quite excited to see what they do with him in UNI 2. I really want him to get some new moves, but if nothing else. I just want him to be fair and balanced. Hopefully along with the rest of the cast.

UNIB going this far was an unlikely thing, did see the early days of wacky infinites and Gordeau/Merkava dominance, but yeah holy shit it's so cool to see it make it at Evo as well as see another revision for it! Awesome documentary, man!

It’s sad that not a lot of people played this game, I recently got into the game right after Cross Tag Battle and was interested in the characters that were crossed over. Then I bought the game and have been playing for a while, even if it’s just arcade (cause my internet is real sucky) I still have fun. And yeah Gordeau is crazy powerful but I love him.

I'm gonna be completely honest I had never heard of UNI until the announcement of Bbtag and that was because I was a fan of persona and RWBY and had heard of Blazblue in general in passing thanks to recently taking a big interest in the competitive side of fighting games thanks to guys like AphexArcade and KI while I'm not great and definitely a casual in UNICLR its a game I enjoy to watch and enjoy to play with friends cause were all bad lmao let's hope it sticks around a lot longer
