God that's beautiful. I've been holding off on buying a newer Camaro or mustang until I find the right c5. Can't get a better bargain for your money and performance. I will sacrifice interior all day as long as it's clean and smells decent I'm happy
@@RatchetWrenches It's at 409rwhp and 535nm torque not too much but I do have an A4 trans.. you also can't sit there stopped at the intersection in "Drive" otherwise just the torque in the lump idle alone keeps pulling the car lol. It's a 00 C5 with 64768 miles
Nice man! Looks and sounds amazing! I used to own an Electron Blue, 2003 Corvette Z51 Targa MN6... Even stock with 350 HP / 375 LB-FT, this car moved! I switched to a much lighter weight, non run flat, one size wider 255 front & 285 Rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires, and I got my bone stock LS1 C5 into the 12's in the 1/4 mile... My best was a 12.92 @ 110.55 Anyway, I did a ton of mods to that car until I had to sell it in late 2007 because I needed the money. This comment would be so long if I listed everything... But I did Heads & Cam, LT Headers, 3" Cat-Back Exhaust, DTE HD 3.90 Rear, HD Clutch/Flywheel, Hurst Shifter, Custom Dyno Tune, lowered an inch on stock bolts, brake upgrades, etc etc... Plus much more. It did 440 RWHP on a dynojet. The RWTQ was 401. I want another Corvette. Anyway, I'll subscribe after this comment.

I have a 2003 C5 with BBE exhaust. I also have a 2022 Camaro SS1LE both cars are awesome. I have some short videos but I really need to make some new videos of both of them running.
The BBE exhaust really woke up this car for sure! And then paired with the LG Motorsports it was game changer. Definitely make some new ones with a mix of revs, slow acceleration and WOT pulls I'd say
That is pretty much what mine sounds like I have a 03Z06 American racing headers - no muffler cut of at titanium muflers My vet runs strong still at 187,000 miles. Here in Southeast Texas it’s our version of winter which still gets cold and lots of humidity the back fire sound really good going through the country Roads
Sounds absolutely amazing guys 🤙. Sounds just like a Vette should! A supercharger or can either one will be great. Cam on that car can add upwards of 50-60 HP no joke. Obviously a supercharger will be way more but, you could just do both 😈. Anyway I hope you guys keep it and continue on with it. It's a super clean car and has loads of potential. Sounds mean as shit now 🤘. Great job

No muffler? Straight pipe? Please advise thank you. I have long tube American Racing Long Tubes and X pipe with stock exhaust its still quiet need it be louder.
We have long tubes with catless x pipe paired with a BBE Bullet axle back with no mufflers so yes it’s technically a straight pipe. If you want it louder definitely get rid of the stock exhaust, those mufflers are very restrictive and sound dampening
You guys wanted feed back. Of course the c5 is really old. Down here in Texas only the c5 z06 and fixed roof stood the test of time with the looks. That version and color is damn near camaro catfish material. Do I have to tell you that people dog on that camaro any chance they get. Look up a fixed roof or z06 with a tiger shark body kit. In my opinion only way a c5 could strike up big interest. Best looking coupe c5 I've seen was red body with the targa top jet black with no tint. Some cool wheels never hurt.
The tiger shark definitely is a sharp body kit. We've thought about doing a full wide body design/ kit on this car. Definitely needs something to make it more aggressive looking that's for sure
@@RatchetWrenches I was gonna add wide body. Too bad I've only seen 1 c5 done right. Need the matching front fenders too. Which no one ever does. People leave the factory round fenders up front. Then only add the sharp edge wide body fender lips on back.
Is the catback 3" or 2.5" with bullet mufflers? Do you have a phone app decibal readers to get some sound or db level of the car? Thinking of doing the same 2.5" bullets to my 99 corvette with tsp headers stock h pipe and mini bullet muffler exhaust. The stock in cabin ranges from 69-74 db with the phone app with headers and stock catback thru the rpms ranges. Any idea how much hp the headers and bullet exhaust added?
I believe they were 2.5" and we never had the decibal reader but it did significantly increase the sound and there was a drone since it was essentially a straight pipe. We never got the chance to tune the car so I'm not sure how much they really added.
Thanks! And I believe BB was cheaper and we thought it would sound great paired with the other exhaust components. Plus it's a piece of art the welds and craftsmanship was great
