I’m a regular user of Mitoprime and MitoBurn ( L-BAIBA) and believe that the combination is synergistic in its ability to promote optimal mitochondrial function and antioxidant protection. Another great video Lucas ! Thank you man ! 🙏💯

Generally it's better to tale precursors to things like glutathione, rather than taking the end product exogenously. That way the body can reach equilibrium and generate what it needs, without having too much of a good thing which can have detrimental effects. I would think this applies to ergothioneine too. The real question is, what are the precursors?
@nnbnutrition157
@nnbnutrition157 3 месяца назад
That typically applies to substances your body can create. As is the case with glutathione. However the human body cannot produce ergothioneine, it accumulates it in tissues from the diet. So this does not apply.

to be honest it looks like you are taking everying that is "healthy" i want to encourage you to find your biochemical problems and not relay on 50 suplements that are choosen by somekind list of benefits and its true especially in case of herbs because herbs are not natural parts of system they are more similar to drugs and there is no herb that is healthy in my opinion but may be helpful in some cases as gentle drug.

What would be a good approach taking it as a supplement as the 1/2 life is long. Fist a week of taking it every day and then only one day in the week
@nnbnutrition157
@nnbnutrition157 3 месяца назад
You can continue taking 5mg every day. However, you can go as high as 15mg, and research is being pursued for even higher dosages. For the higher dosages, you may want to consider taking it a few times a week to be more efficient with each dosage.

my personal opinion is shiitake, (followed by cordyceps, hedgehog, maitake, turkey tail, agarykon, trumpets - which i believe enhance the dingle..) but mostly because the beta glucans in lentinula edodes work on such a dynamic of systems in the human. they absorbs huge amts of D when dried in the sun, improve gingival margins, help the liver with various functions, and otherwise a bolstering of the endocrine. also, is to be noted, an isolated species grown on an organic substrate, from a vigorous strain of qubenses, is a very underreported health modality that i do not know enough about to provide any specific cycling of use, but think everyone should try to find such a product and get a glimpse i also do think that it slows down the metabolism /enteric nervous system, and can be used in such a way, to find things that are very useful in healing, personal things - but in that time, the dysphoria may be distracting, and the trade-off would be to really plow thru the minerals, especially those in the liver, that would otherwise bind to protein sites and be put to use, thusly causing a double-edge in the form of value - as in - now you know what is to be done, but you have burnt thru all of your reserves being given the sight inward sometimes i wonder that there is a certain window to take advantage of, where you integrate with your ethereal body, which fits right over your carbon copy? and then one may say this fungus does what all of them combined may offer medicinally? dunno the mind is powerful, and if god is in there, and you knock on the door, suppose a simple thing to him such as wisdom of the aegis, and whatnot? just about every religion agrees that all things are possible to god
