Micheal u rock..c u in den haag soin for your last lord of the dance ever..i loved watching u from riverdance and right through and cant wait to see the show..go big guy and the troups..
I used to always watch this as a kid. My brother always said he wanted to be Michael Flatley; when we used to watch the video, we would always scream "one more!" when they would finish. We even have posters of him in my dance studio. Lol, we love Michael Flatley.
i watch this & i feel 11 years old again.. it makes me cry my eyes out..! too many memories attached to this.. completely phenomenal.. i get chills every single time, even after all these years.. :'( FRIGGIN AMAZING!!
I saw "Lord of the Dance" in the summer of 1998... it was "the most amazing show i've EVER seen live." And prior to vegas I'd been to london england. This show was INSANITY! The RAVE reviews didn't do this particular show justus.
I remember watching this as a kid at home. My brother would be Michael Flatley and my sister, other brother, and I would be the line. We'd scream "One more!" everytime they finished. Lol, we loved it, and I still do!
I'm sorry, Lord of the Dance is simply amazing, the dances they do are so old time, the music breathtaking, when they dance to it synced, it is simply amazing.
Wow!!! I know it's stupid but I the audience, all the screaming and the excitement made me cry! I love the show! I keep watching it over and over again and I never get tired of it!!! Love you, Michael Flatley, for making this!!!
Everytime I watch this part my engery levels go higher, I get the biggest smile on my face and I get goosebumps. 'One more time?' uh YEA! I saw this show live with Michael in Australia years ago. But at the time I didn't know exactly who I was watching. I knew it was Michael, but I didn't know it was Michael Flatley, world famous and brilliant dancer.
I would like to team up with Mathew Vaughn Marv Film Studios to bring "Lord Of The Dance" to the Big Screen as a Biopic set to Michael Flatley's life and the 1997 stage phenomenon.
I saw this a few years ago in Fairbanks, of all places. Michael Flatley was no longer with the troupe but whoever was the lead dancer was every bit as good. I love this stuff, can watch it forever!
I always wanted to go and see this stage show after i bought the video and sat and watched it.I was totally gob-smacked and left speechless,Flatley is a true preformer
I wass watching the Eurovision show live when Flatley first introduced us to the new Irish style with massed dancers and it WAS ELECTRIFYING! I have heard that he is considering coming out of retirement in his fifties. Surely he does need the money. I want to remember him in his full pomp and not as a pale shadow like Nureyev was in his final years. He was one of the great showmen of the past half century.

OMG! This performance totally beats all the other endings ive seen so far here on youtube. HE DOES IT 4 TIMES! Imagine the excitement and energy that had to be going through that place for those 5 minutes...Incredible. I really want to go see him before he retires.
I actually went and saw this in either 1997 or the beginning of 1998 live and it was absolutely amazing. Michael Flatley was an amzing perfomer as were the other dancers. Thanks for posting this video, brings back woderful memories. One of the greatest shows on earth! Thank you.
This looks like the Radio City Hall performance I saw some years ago. He was a ball of energy all thorough and he yelled "Yes!" and "One more time" just like that. Makes we remember the electricity. I was lucky to get tickets because they just added another show while I was at the box office!!
absolutely awesome go to see them live you will not regret it!!!!!!! went there thinking it would be ok (as a favour to a friend) and left thinking it was the best thing i have ever seen!!!! simply the best
Remember, this is NOT the Riverdance Group.A number of years ago after winning the Eurovision they let Mr Flatley go and he was devistated. But,in Paris at his Motel,he sat up on night and could see a Dance and could hear the music that inspired him.And with Hard Work and Dedication in 1996,Lord of the Dance was born and so was all the fame and rumours that followed.
I saw Lord of the Dance live. It was phenomenal!!! You can actually feel the power of the vibrations from their feet running through you! I would give anything to see it again!!!
The skill of these people is overwhelming! This is great!! :D And I agree with Inulib about Flatley, he's just taking the audience. A performer must never apologise his/her existence on the stage. Just enjoy it!
I saw them in Toronto a few years ago. One of the best nights of my llife, such energy, it's infectious!! I have goosebumps watching this video. Thankyou so much for sharing : D
one of the most powerful performances I have ever seen, if by any chance you got to see the hole DVD or VHS (it is that old actually!)...you will get into it even better!. way cool!
INCREDIBLE!!! I actually went to a performance of this with Michael Flatley himself. After seeing this show on PBS I thought to myself I MUST GO. And then they announced tickets and I was like OMFG!!! My mom and I enjoyed the show immensely!!! It was mesmerizing to watch their feet and the music was beautiful! I saw the show again about a year later without Michael. It was good but not as good withoug Michael!!!
omg..i am gonna die!! they have been in athens be4 few years and i didn't see the!!!... they are great!! i am just speechless!! such good rythm and they work all together!! such synchonism!!
