To be honest, I feel like Dwight isn't as much as a coward as perceived. In the opening cutscene it looks like he has the motive to help the others, although he his technically hiding while they get attacked lol
I got very surprised when I saw that "For the people" didn't go to Bill , because that is literally what Bill did , put himself in danger/sacrifice himself for others.

Exactly, and when him/Freddy came out they even added the ability for Adrenaline to wake you up from the dream world as if they were like "damn too bad we already have a perk called Adrenaline lol"
Reading your comment made me unfathomably angry because earlier today I joined a solo q and there were THREE CLAUDETTES WITH THESE EXACT PERKS except one of them had Kindred instead of Left Behind. And she was the one who survived till the end, so the other two didn't even had a chance to use it.
Can we just appreciate the fact that Otz has so many videos on his channel that can be sooo helpful to new players for killer & survivor. Honestly props to you Alex
I do the same. Lucky Ace, Silent Jake, Mama Jane, Bill the Leader etc. i love to create a build for each survivor match with the lore or the way they look. Thanks for that video i'm sure i will use some of them for other survivors.
Saaame I also do even worse builds in terms of gameplay but that just make me happy like, full silence build (balanced landing, calm spirit, technician and iron will) or birdwatching build (calm spirit, fixated, urban and alert) yes I do be a calm spirit gamer
Overcharge, brutal strength, pop goes the weasel, enduring, sloppy butcher, distressing, play with your food, remember me, obsession perks, lethal pursuer, all would be good lore related perks on nemesis. Oh and blight needs atleast 1 perk that relates to the entity blocking or destroying something.

Otz is just such a charming kind fellow. Ya know? I think it’s adorable how he’s set all these up and cares about their stories, most don’t even know them
I actually did this last year with Laurie Strode! The build I came up with was; Resilience Dead hard Decisive Strike Spine chill Laurie never showed any sign of loosening her grasp on the idea of living another day, fighting till every single option was taken away from her, and even then, she made up her own options. This I think DS and resilience makes perfect sense. Dead hard because even those final moments that Michael had the upper hand and the winning cards, Laurie found a way to slip right through his fingers and make her escape. Lastly, spine chill. When you fight someone like Michael Myers you need to learn to have a super natural ability to sense danger around you. I think it makes total sense for Laurie to have it given Michaels quiet nature.
@Accurately around the time i made this build, the meta was sprint burst/prove thyself so when I made it, it seemed less meta x) but yeah now it just seems like a normal surv build
Jonah Vasquez: Corrective Action - Jonah is a mathematician and always finds a way to correct mistakes before they occur. Dark Sense - Jonah has had a connection to the cult that worships the entity and had a staunch interest in him. Leaving him paranoid and always looking over his shoulder. Detective's Hunch - Another investigator that had him break codes and follow the leads. Overcome - Jonah always seems to trudge through his stress and overcome any obstacle while he is at his limits. Mikaela Reid: Mikaela is a witch in her own right and has a clever talent in magic not seen in any other survivor. The four boon totem perks all fit that allows her to turn the trial in her favor. Boon: Circle of Healing Boon: Shadowstep Boon: Dark Theory Boon: Exponential Yoichi Asakawa: Parental Guidance - Following the events of Sadako, Yoichi gained a connection to the realm of the dead. Able to use moments of opportunity by the realm of the dead to protect himself. Inner Focus - Yoichi always seems to know the looming danger in the distance, able to follow the tracks of others and know when someone else closes in on death. Object of Obsession - Much like Jill, Yoichi is haunted by the looming threat of Sadako. Her curse very well taints his soul and he can never truly get away from her. Calm Spirit - Yoichi always managed to have a very calm temperament even when against the threat of Sadako as a child. Able to remain calm and focus on his objectives. Haddie Kaur: Dark Sense - Haddie has a paranormal connection to the "Ravage". Able to sense the dangers of the entity's realm and investigate it. Head On - Haddie is not afraid to face the Ravage's horrors head on. Able to actively fight against such threats. Overzealous - Finding means to counter the ravage brings out a strength in her objectives to investigate further. Residual Manifest - The Ravage is dark and dangeorus and Haddie will light the way. Rebecca Chambers: Better than New - Rebecca is a trained medic for Stars Bravo team. Able to mend wounds better than others. Hyperfocus - Being a prodigy has brought out her talents to make her strengths despite her youth known to all STARS members. Empathic Connection - Even in the risk of danger, people seem to know where to find her for aid, or worse. Able to inspire people to come to her for help. Pharmacy - Rebecca is known for having some of the best medicine, or a knack for finding such. Even able to cure herself of a viral infection that nearly killed her. Ada Wong: Off the Record - Ada Wong has dropped her existence multiple times as one of the world's best spies. Nobody being able to truly pin her down and who her business partners are. Decisive Strike - Ada will use whatever she needs to break out of a sticky situation as seen in her trailer introduction. As well as her various tools. Low Profile - Ada has been able to invade various establishments and companies with ease. The more people suffer around her; the better time she has getting into her locations. Camaraderie - Despite Ada's spy work, she's shown multiple times that she'll go out of her way to help someone else. Even if it just serves as more trouble. Having saved Leon multiple times, as well as various other cast members.
Imagine Being a Laurie with an Lore accurate build, in haddonfield, You are the obsession, and the Killer is a lore accurate Myers with Play with your food, enduring, dark devotion, and rancor
When you were talking about Jill, I was expecting to see some "lockpicking" perks, for item boxes and gates, because that's one of her biggest qualities in the games.
“Next up we got uuuuh Ace” Nah bro, Thats Mario. Also Its so cute seeing Otz Nerding out like this, I feel like I’m just listening to a friend talk about all these characters ^^
This but with killers, please I love doing lore related perk builds with killers and would absolutely love to see your take on all of them Edit:I would like to see this without the unique perk restriction for both sides though, as long as it makes sense in lore i dont see the need for it being restricted to only one character. Great video nonetheless though
Remember kids, the best build to have against Otz's channel is having the perks: Subscribed, Leaving a like, Commenting and Activating the bell. It makes perfect sense
I'd say when it comes to Claire, out of all of the RE characters, she's extremely courageous, because out of every one, she's the only one without official training with weaponry, save what she learned from her older brother, and likely hasn't had to use a weapon in the context of a high risk situation. And yet, she continuously risks her life throughout RE 2 to save others; at the second last boss fight, Where if you play as Leon, he gets forced into the confrontation, Claire instead jumps in herself to give another character time to get away. She also takes on a protective role of another younger character, and risks her life for her on multiple occasions. I know in another game she works with another less experienced character to survive a horror experience, and helps that character be more confident in herself along the way. So my gut instinct, Claire would have Empathy (Trying to connect with her partner, make her feel safer and risking her life for her) , Better Together (working as a team with her partner), We're gonna Live forever (Risking her life to save others) and inner strength (the drive that pushes her first to find her brother, then to get out alive against horrifying odds.)
This is such a fun idea, and something I've done subconsciously whenever I play survivor (like claudette is a dedicated healer, jill a dedicated detective etc) Definitely gonna try a few of these at the expense of my survivor rank :^)
@@recruit7416 yeah true😂I didn’t know he had a channel with more subs, I was wondering where the “not otz” joke was coming from so I looked on his featured channels😂
I love the idea of perk builds made for the most effective canonical experience. Even with the minimalistic lore; we can get an idea of what these characters aim for.
I would have given Quentin adrenaline. He literally injects Nancy with it in the movie Not only that, it wakes him up from Freddy's dream world, a ability unique to Freddy. I expect a deep and sincere apology video by 8am tomorrow morning EST.
This is a very solid snake guide, whitch took some creativity, but why you need to use every single perk, and do not repeat them? Actually, I made my build for survs around their personal perks, and made them even stronger.
I've been doing Lore-Builds for awhile and i love sticking to their lore. But my friend kept nagging me to always use Meta perks but it's boring where's the variety...Where's the flavor, there would be no use for the other survivor's/killer's perks if you can't use them in fun builds...
Exactly! I've been using less meta perks recently, and wow the game is so much more fun now. It's not fun to hold space/Rb on a gen for 80 seconds and let your perks give you the win.
@@80cap56 It doesn't need to be perfect, the bots can do whatever. But I do know is that is the bots are a bit...dumb when playing the tutorial sections...or play with or against bots....Yikes
Okay otz , i love you and respect you but , how can you NOT put adrenaline on my boy quentin , he literally USED adrenaline in the movie to stay awake.Other than that , i loved the video
