wanted to say that she is not the first two time winner of eurovision, but on second read I noticed "First woman to win two times" so I will only put here that only 2 people ever won eurovision two times Johnny Logan and Loreen
100% - there's been some incredible Eurovision songs, undoubtedly. But Loreen hit people on another level with Euphoria. Everyone who saw it remembers this and it's at the top of MANY people's best song ever in the competition.
And here we are with arguably the people's most favourite performance in Eurovision's history. And it's DESERVED! Stunning Loreen set the bar high and after a few years she comes back and becomes the first winning woman that wins the contest twice. She is the Queen of Eurovision!
I'm loving your reactions to Eurovision, please do more! The reason we haven't really recommended any songs from this year is because the actual competition of this year with the live performances hasn't happened yet (atleast for me! I prefer live performances) :D. I'd love for you to react to "Fairytale" (2009 winner) now, it's my personal favourite!
She’s just so amazing and always making something visual. You should check out her performance at Melodifestivalen with the song “Statements”!!! Melodifestivalen is the swedish selection for eurovision, she competed with statments in 2017 but unfortunately lost:( Something i never will forgive sweden for….
That's the most amazing shit eating grin i've ever seen too Loreen's "I love you Baku!", lovely reaction! She's so amazingly talented and being able to have such complete control of her voice when moving around on stage like she does... incredible!
Loving your Eurovision reactions! Please keep them coming. You should check out next: Verka Serduchka 🇺🇦 - Dancing Lasha Tumbai (2007) and Måneskin 🇮🇹 - Zitti E Buoni (2021 winner)
Next one hopefully lordi hard rock halleluja official video. The eurovision videos is not the best one to listen to in my oppinion. But the official video is so good. 😁
In case of eurovision, it's not so much just a vocal performance. It's often said it's a "song contest" not a "singing contest" Contestants are rated based on the song's lyrics, message and feel and the stage effects play a part too. If you react to a compilation video you will find that performanced go above andf beyond for the visual spectacle as well. It all plays a part. and Eurovision in the end of the day isn't even much of a contest. It's just a singing event to unite Europe. It was originally created to unite the people of europe after the WW2 that ripped it apart.
I just remembered how much I love this song! Back in the day, I didn’t really watch the contest, but this song was MEGA popular in my country, so it’s kinda like my childhood. It’s one of my favorite winners of all time, my absolute favorite being the Netherlands in 2019. I’d recommend that song as well, since it’s also breathtaking.
HIGHLY suggest looking into her entires into the swedish qualifying competition that did not make it to Eurovision. This would be My heart is refusing me, and Statements.
She¨s super dedicated and very particular when it comes to her preformances. Everything has to be perfect and how she want's it be. You can only love and admire her for her dedication.
Loreen is a force of nature! Her voice soars above that heavy instrumentation, instead of drowning in it. She channels art as if possessed by a muse, mesmerising to behold ♥
loreen is amazing!! cannot wait to see her upcoming new stuff. to say she was never actually interested in becoming a singer/artist and it was grandmother who pushed her to do it, she has done extremley well.
I do like this song. Lovely Loreen. But "Tattoo" is my favorite. Now all that's missing is the reaction to the live performance of "Loreen - Paper Light (Higher)", then i'm satisfied. 😱💖🔥
I have different option. For me is this song 10x better than "Tatto" and last year was for me winner song "Cha Cha Cha", Tattoo was my second place. But this is my point of view :-)
I can't wait to see what she will do with her performance in this years ESC! Being last year's winner she will perform Tattoo, probably at the final. I can't wait to see what she's got in store for us!
Also please react to Barbara Paravi performance for France, "voila", at eurovision 2021. Please watch the final performance in eurovision, because their work became more and more mature since the first time they presented it.
Love so many songs that have come from Eurovision, to many to recommend... so Im going to suggest you watch a video that has snippets of ALL Eurovision Winners from the beginning. ▪︎ *All Winners of the EUROVISION SONG CONTEST 1956 - 2023* by *SchlagerLucas* *FYI:* American Song Contest was suppose to be the start of our version of Eurovision and it was created by Eurovision organizers but it only made it one year (as far as I know). The 2022 winner was a singer / songwriter from Oklahoma who is a K-pop idol. ▪︎ *"Wonderland"* by *ALEXA*
I still play euphoria a lot to this day. I didn't watch this show, but i saw her winning performance and i had to check her out, now i check in on eurovision and find so many new artists even if they dont win. I love norway this year.
I think if you were watching the live show in 2012, everyone knew she was a hot favourite. As soon as I saw it in the semis (I don’t like to listen to songs in advance as I like the surprise) it had a hold on me. I just knew it was special. I voted for it then and for it in the finals. For me, it’s genuinely the best ever song to come out of Eurovision. Please try an underrated winner Ell and Nikki- Running Scared for Azerbaijan in 2011.
If you want to hear an amazing metal cover of "Euphoria", I recommend "EUPHORIA (Loreen) - TOMMY JOHANSSON" And if you love this song you must listen to Floor Jansens cover too, it's soo beautiful: "Floor Jansen - Euphoria | Beste Zangers Songfestival".
Hello greets from Germany, First of all, both reactions to Loreen are realIy entertaining and wonderfull. I like it the most, when your Face looks like it‘s sparkling with amazement. I would like to suggest Nicole‘s Song „Ein bisschen Frieden“ from 1982. But Not her Performance in the final Show, you should react to the Performance after the real Contest, when the winning song is played for the second time. I promise, you will be a Little surprised.
Thank you for the Video, your reaction is the best! 🤗 The austrian winner from 2014, Conchita Wurst and her song Rise like a Phoenix. or You are the only one from Sergey Lazarev from Russia in 2016. The visual effects are the best of all time, incredible!!
This year has so many great entries it's hard to choose, but here are the best choices for you Big Vocals: Gåte - Ulveham Slimane - Mon Amour Teya Dora - Ramonda Just fun: Ladaniva - Jako Bambie Thug - Doomsday Blue Marcus & Martinus - Unforgettable
This was my favourite Eurovision performance for over a decade (have been following Eurovision since 1976). Loreens choreography was made by Finnish-swedish Ambra Succi and her stylist (hair+clothes) was a Finnish Tommy Granfors. Euphoria was even my ringtone on my phone untill Käärijä came with his Cha cha cha last year and won me over 💚
I'm surprised nobody else mentioned this, perhaps because less people are aware, but the logical next step would be the intro of the 2013 Eurovision (1st semi) in Malmo. Euphoria with a twist, won't say more to avoid spoilers.
there’s actualy eurovision odds online where you can see what everyone’s favorites for this year are …so croatia, switzerland, italy and netherlands are def worth a watch for sure you won’t get bored promisee also there’s music videos, live performances and pre party performances to choose and your bet on who is winning this year would be cool
tbh "Dami Im - Sound Of Silence (Australia) Live at Semi-Final 2 - 2016 Eurovision Song Contest" should have won imo but ended up comeing 2nd in 2016 :)
I’m so happy you reacted to Euphoria 💙 Loreen really has a special voice and stage presence. I recommend Cornelia Jakobs “Hold Me Closer” from Eurovision 2022, she has that as well. Such a unique voice.
I would love if you react to 'You Are The Only One' by Sergey Lazarev, his presentation is mindblowing and 'Color Of Your Life' by Michał Szpak, that person voice is amazing and they were also responsible for the most memorable moment I had watching the Eurovision voting.
Would love to see you react for more of the 2024 ones! The final is on the 11th May so ur gonna have to catchup quick haha I'd recommend next Switzerland, Croatia and Norway (some of my faves this year)
If you want to react to more of Loreen, please react to "My heart is refusing me" from the MGP 2013 performance and "Statements" (Melodifestivalen 2017) ♥ Loved your reaction to Euphoria
Loved your reaction to Euphoria !! I get teary eyes too when I see Loreens performance 😊 You should check out what Norway has sent this year to Eurovision ! It is a band that has both folkmusic and rock mixed in their music. The band is called Gåte ( riddle in english ) with the song Ulveham (it is like wolfskin in english). I really like it and think they could be in top 5 this year, maybe the winner 😮😊 Other songs to check out is… The winner from Eurovision 2004 was Ukraine, Ruslana with Wild Dances ! France from 2014 Twin Twin with Moustache is catchy and funny, but not a winner 😄 2015 Sweden won with Heroes by Måns Zelmerlöw !! It’s so good !! Australia made their debut in Eurovision 2015, Guy Sebastian with Tonight Again ! I thought they would win because I’m a swede and couldn’t vote for Måns 😊 The winner in 2014 was Austria, Conchita Wurst with Rise Like a Phoenix is amazing !!! Hope you enjoy it ! Best wishes from Sweden 😊👋🇸🇪
When it comes to Loreen, she's the OG Mother of Eurovision. Last year it was so great seeing Mae Muller get star struck by Loreen during an interview. ru-vid.comUcqGPxqpjXA
I definitely think you should react to Sergay Lazarev "You Are The Only One" from 2016. The graphics are some of the best there's ever been in the contest.
I think you should definitely react to this years song from Switzerland "The Code" by Nemo. It's a really interesting and unique mix of different genres
The song was ment for another swedish artist but he didnt like the song. So they asked Loreen to do it. And she said only if I can preforme it however I want.
I’d love to see your reaction to Croatias and Irelands entries for this years ESC! Croatia - Baby Lasagna - Rim Tim Tagi Dim Ireland - Bambie Thug (they) - Doomsday blue
Euphoria is a great song and Loreen's performance was a true goose-bumper. I would love to see your reaction to Tommy Johansson's cover of it. Not better than Loreen just another wonderful version!
Rona Nishliu -Suus (Albania 🇦🇱2012) it is phenomenal🤯 Lindita- World (Albania 🇦🇱2017) Highest notee in Eurovisionn 😮💨 Ronela Hajati( Albania 🇦🇱2022) Official MV (you’ll feel like in a Moviee, GOT🐉)
Songs from this year I'd highly reccomend: "Rim Tim Tagi Dim" by Baby Lasagna from Croatia "The Code" by Nemo from Switzerland "(nendest) narkootikumidest ei tea me (küll) midagi" by 5miinust & Puuluup from Estonia "Doomsday Blues" by Bambi Thug from Ireland "Ulveham" by Gåte from norway These are the entries that stand out most to me this year, though I have to say, This years entries are in general, reallly good
Weirdly in an opera house and I do go to see operas quite regularly - I have never used "opera glasses" - nor are they regularly available I remember them in theatres in the 1960s but most theatres have been refitted since then. Loreen delivered a classic Eurovision winner in this song - it had all the elements for winning. I have to say I wasn't as impressed with the "sandwich press" song Tattoo. (but then I liked the Finnish entry - Käärijä - Cha Cha Cha.
Some suggestions just of the top of my head: Lordi - "Hard Rock Hallelujah" (Finland, 2006) Conchita Wurst - "Rise Like a Phoenix" (Austria, 2014) Cornelia Jakobs - "Hold Me Closer" (Sweden, 2022) Hatari - "Hatrið mun sigra" (Iceland, 2019) Daði og Gagnamagnið - "Think About Things" (Iceland 2020, the contest was unfortunately cancelled) Marija Šerifović - "Molitva" (Serbia, 2007) Duncan Laurence - "Arcade" (Netherlands, 2019) Mørland & Debrah Scarlett - "A Monster Like Me" (Norway, 2015) Dani Im - "Sound of Silence" (Australia, 2016) Marco Mengoni - "Due Vite" (Italy, 2023) And of course, since you've now reacted to one of the two people to win this competition twice, you might as well listen to Johnny Logans winning performances in 1980 with "What's Another Year" and in 1987 with "Hold Me Now". There's loads more worth reacting to. I bet someone could even make a list of quite a few really crazy entries that's worth seeing.
Please can you react to Duncan Laurence - he won the Eurovision for Netherlands in 2019 for his song Arcade. Honestly, it was the best win for a song in decades in my opinion. His song “Love don’t hate it” which I think was his follow up single, is such an underrated song.
Awesome reaction! You should also check out Alexander Rybak - Fairytale, the winner from 2009. Euphoria and that song definitly stood the test of time.
