Lori Vallow’s Daughter Was Stabbed or Chopped Up: Forensics Examiner 

The amount of unnecessary violence against Tylee is truly unbelievable. It could've been quick but it was intentionally long and brutal. Stabbing, destruction and dismemberment of the body are usually done by male murderers, both due to the strength needed and because of the psychopathology. Tylee was murdered with unimaginable violence, which points at deep and violent hatred and rage. Another extremely important point is the fact that Tylee's pelvis and her genitalia were specifically targeted by violent blows. That is a clear and undeniable s*xual component: misogyny, fear of women and sumbolic murder of Tylee's youth, strength, femininity and reproductive power. At the time of Tylee's murder, Lori is believed to have been with JJ and there is no proof of her violence against Tylee. Also, both the specific violence upon Tylee's pelvis and the dismemberment are in no way typical of Lori's pathology. Alex has murdered Charles and was very likely involved in JJ's and Tammy's deaths, but he never showed any animosity against Tylee. The only person who we know has hated Tylee with such depth is Chad himself. She rejected him and his "prophethood," and she refused to obey and revere him. Add to it the symbolic murder of femininity, the dismemberment, the burning, the raccoon text and "the limbs," the pathological rage as well as the fictional story of Tylee's having been a virgin during the ancient times who was gang ra*ed and dismembered by a group of Roman soldiers, the blood on the shovel and his "she hated me" statement, and all of this clearly points at sweet Tylee having been murdered by Chad himself.

The treatment after already being murdered is why he deserves the DP. Lori should have gotten it as well but at least she will be in prison for the rest of her life.

My daughter is the same age as Tylee (she was born a few months after Tylee’s DOB). I guess because of that, while most the public was focused a little more on the younger JJ, I always felt much more grief and sorrow for her. She would’ve been much more aware of what was going on than JJ, and no doubt realized while she was being killed that she was being betrayed by the one person she should’ve been able to trust to protect her from the evil people in this world. She deserved so much more than what she got in her short little life, and I think of her often when I see my own daughter going out with her friends, hanging out and just being silly, worrying about what she’s going to do with her life, getting stressed over "adult" responsibilities and then feeling proud of herself when she is able to handle them, etc. That should be what Tylee is doing now, not decomposing in a plastic bucket in a lab somewhere after being pulled out of the cold earth where she had been hidden by evil men who lusted over her mother enough to kill for her. Alex got his and now it’s time for Chad to get what’s coming to him as well. If this case isn’t exactly what the death penalty is for, then what case is?

I’m so fearful we will never truly know the horrors Tylee endured. I first assumed Lori likely dried the kids. She didn’t. She could’ve. They had the drugs. JJ’s drugs would’ve ensured both kids died painlessly. It seems wild to me a mother would.. purposefully go for the most cruel and brutal ways.

It's very hard to listen to so many details of the death of both kids,no one deserves to die in such a horrific way.

I don’t understand the excessive violence. It’s so hard to listen to this. Lori actually admitted the murderers at her sentencing. JJ having an „old soul“ was her way to say I didn’t kill a small innocent child but an adult who’s very busy now. Tylee‘s lifetime pain was her way to say I relieved her from the pain by taking her life. Chad isn’t as delusional as Lori, he‘s the actual devil.
