I dont know if you are still responding to comments but im about 248 lbs right now im a teen and im cutting my calories a day down to 1000-1200 and working out 6 days a week along with cardio do you think its possible i can lose 45-50 pounds in 3 months?

Hey Chris, that sounds like too aggressive of a plan to me. I would talk about it with your parents and pediatrician. Go a little bit slower you will get there.

You have to get into a manual calorie deficit and then eat an adequate amount of protein... you can do it just be consistent. I would also walk every day and do a couple days of resistance training per week

@@MikeCola I only got to lose 50 pounds, which is much easier than what severely heavy people must lose, in which case they got to lose over 100 pounds.

The 8 ounces of chicken of chicken fish, a meat is about 50 grams of protein, an egg is 6-7 g, a Greek yogurt is 15 g

I way 260 lbs and I am 6,4. If I eat 1500 calories a day and burn 1000 active calories a day how much can I lose in a month.

Number one of you don’t want loose skin dont workout like this, take your time and drink lots of water and your skin will fit you+ you’ll be looking good (takes 6-12 months) unless your losing like 10-30 pounds you should be fine but if it’s like 40-whatever take time

@@MikeCola I..... am surprised to hear you say this. I thought you would laugh and say its a sure way to yo-yo diet or something.... But I wonder if its possible to just reverse diet out of a month or two of prolonged fasting and just start lifting then.

Try other sources of protein, whole eggs, Greek yogurt. Even protein powders if you can process them.
