Why does a cleanse entail ? Do you have to starve and just drink the lemon chia mix for a few days ? I get quite hangry and get blood sugar attacks without food. But I only weigh 110 and have a little fat pouch and love handles . Nothing major. I’m short waisted and small framed . That’s why I have a gut and love handles at my size . I’m only 5 ft tall too. I’m essentially the size of a child . But have some trouble spots . Thank you for all this awesome info ! You’re the best ! Came to your channel for facial RF . Now I’m sold on this too .

Hello, thanks for watching my videos. :) No, then you do these treatments your draining the fat cells into the interstitial fluid and your lymph system is going to pick it up. If you do more than one treatment every three days your putting strain on your lymph system as well as your kidneys and liver. Joan I just started with machine and I have my RF energy set at 3 as well. It doesn’t fell warm as I’m doing it but my thighs do feel warm on the inside after. How do you know when to start moving it up to a higher energy? Do you get better results the higher the setting? Can you still get results with a 3 or 4? Thanks for you helpful info. @@amycrews6933 Hi Amy, if your feeling the heat after it's working. If your looking for skin tightening only stay at a lower level, if your looking for fat loss you can start raising the temp as you tolerate it. Be sure to wear a compression garment after to support the skin tightening process. Hope this helps. :)
After watching several of your videos, I have decided to get the upgraded 30k s shape 160mw.; As oppose to the smaller and easier one they just came out with. Can you tell me and demonstrate in details the order of operation using the different handle and how many minutes in order to achieve the best results? Hello, thank you for your kind words and watching my video. :) Yes, the muscle building machines do burn fat. You can also purchase them with radio frequency incorporated into the paddle. That burns fat and tightens the skin.

Hello, thanks for watching my video. :) It's basically the same as the 8in1, only the 9in1 has lipo pads. You could use the lipo pads before you start cavitation for fat loss or use them on a low level after for skin tightening. :)

@@Szepi78 The chin is a sensitive area, I would not lower the temp. I have a temp/time in the community tab section of my channel you can check that out for the best times and temps. Redness can occur after cryo. :)
So with the 30k s shape machine, what would incorporating thighs (inner and outer) and upper arms look like? How would I add them and how much longer would it take? Can I do more than 10 treatments? Is it safe to do more treatments?
You can use the S-Shape on everything you listed, but you should only do one area at a time. In that area do 7-10 treatments three days apart. Then once done with that area will usually take about 30 days, more on to the next area.
Question, I have done some research and can’t seem to find an exact answer. Do you split up your Cavitation / RF / Laser Lipo combo and HIEMT with Magic Sculpt EMS/EMT treatments. Example: Monday - Cavitation & HIEMT or like Monday - Cavitation Tuesday - HIEMT Does that make sense?

@@Beautyover50onabudget Average doctors don't know about things like this. Typically there is some sort of warning label that advises on issues such as metal appliances in the body.
@@peacenloveforall6 I would say laser lipo would be a safe alternative because it uses light not sound or radio frequency.
