One idea is coming back to coffee but with an adaptogen blend that helps reduce the negative effects of caffeine. This can be mushroom coffee or adaptogen creamer. You kind of have to play around with flavors and options until you find something you like. Good for you for getting back in the game without shaming yourself! ❤

Hi. I loved this way of eating and it worked so well for my body. I now donate plasma and 😅 I'm scared to do OMAD ... any suggestions 🤔 for a person who donates 2x per week. Friday and Sunday morning.
