@EnnisWyse I think eating once in 3 days is fine , It doesn't seem like a big issue I'm a medical student myself , and I think eating cooked food everyday makes us sick . It's better building a lifestyle For example imagine you are living in a forest , you might not get food everyday so fasting works , you might hunt down food , grab a fruit maybe once in 2 3 days and overeat it
Love it! Fast, feast, repeat is life. IYKYK. Diets and food restriction is not sustainable. Delaying works! Once you figure this out then it's just math... as Jerome illustrates brilliantly. Do not fear your scale.
You're awesome, Jerome! This is a system that can work for everyone! I'm happy to report that it works great for 18 hour fasts as well - I just refeed on about 1000 calories of whatever I'm in the mood for and then hit the timer! I'm happy, satisfied, well-fed and full of energy! Oh and I'm losing weight - about 2-3 lbs a week, but I just do mini 6 minute workouts at home several times a day. I'm not going out for long walks yet.

It’s working for me too Even if I only get a 24 hour fast I keep Pressing the fast start button I refeed carnivore and gently Fat is going away Tons of energy

Great video! Could you discuss how long you feel full after your refeed & when it really begins to feel like you are empty from fasting. I don’t know if you’ve ever done your refeed in the morning but it helped me lead into a longer fast without too much discomfort. Your food choices are looking so much better than before. I’m really proud of you! 🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤
I started water fast in mid april and lost 40 pounds. Usually give myself a full day re-feed as I can't as much you in 3hrs 😂, I did a 120hr fast in last few weeks rather than standard 90hrs u do.

Where did you put all that food?! And yay, you! I am currently on day 8 of a 31-day fast. My plan afterward is weekend fasts and 20-hour intermittent & Keto during the week with 7-day fasts every 9 weeks. Fasting is the answer!
I started my weight loss by fasting for 3 days and since then I've just been eating like a single chicken breast a day until I get too hungry and then I eat a real balanced meal until I'm full. I felt sick when I fasted, my body really didn't like it. Lots of cramping in my digestive tract and dizziness/headaches even though I was drinking lots of water. when I broke my fast I wasn't even hungry I just felt terrible and didn't want to end up in the ER. Maybe I needed electrolytes or something? Maybe I'm diabetic, but I'm 26 years old and I started at 6'2 215lbs. I put on 40 pounds in the last 4 months after I quit nicotine, and now I'm trying to lose the weight I gained. Before I quit nicotine I was 175lbs and was that same weight since highschool. I did a diabetes test like 2 years ago and I was fine so idk 🤷♂

Do you have loose skin? Im aware of the benefits of autophagy tightening skin, but im worried that ill miss out on that because i use a diet soda to get through ny 72s. I know you use those too, so did it effect your skin tightening? Tia!
How are you able to lift weights in the middle of a fast? That seems terrifying to me. I have the mindset that if I am going to fast, then walking will be the only exercise I will do.
ok that’s great and all but if you go up 6 to 7 pounds up, you’d need to lose double that AT LEAST on those 65 hours to make it worth it and that’s what I don’t get it and doubt you can lose that much in leas than 3 days of fasting
