Losing Your Relatability 

I don't see the point of having a big house with 11 bedrooms. I'd legit just be scared of all the emptiness. Smaller, cozier houses are WAY better.

Why so many rich People houses look so empty, like they dont look like homes they are just houses.

After almost 3 years of research, I've come back to this video to provide my theory. Austin is a centipede. Think about it, if someone is a centipede, then "not that many shoes" could mean 100 shoes. Only a centipede would complain about the SMALL things. Because centipedes are small! And the reason he's disconnected from his fanbase is because a centipede wouldn't know how to connect to humans.

honestly i feel bad for the eldest daughter. not only is she plastered all over online, not having stability and moving so often in a kid's life can have a drastic impact on them.

The best part of this house saga is how badly they turned against it after the foreclosure. Now they have relatable problems like not being able to afford house payments, having to downsize,drowning in debt etc.

I’m so confused how someone with a home gym, who seems to regularly use it, can complain about stairs. Like, hitting the gym every day is fine, but *walking up stairs* is too much effort? My building doesn’t have a gym, the stairs ARE my gym!

I personally think Markiplier is doing a good job of not letting the money and stuff go to his head and still being cool about stuff, 'cause sure he occasionally shows off like a boar spear he bought or talks about the fact that he's making a movie or something, but you can tell that he's genuinely stoked about those things and isn't just talking about them to brag lol

Ugh not again one of our 11 toilets got clogged because our little kid tried flushing 3,000$ cash, now we have to call someone who works on houses to replace our toilet, we might get new diamond plated tile too while we are at it , the struggle is real

My parents mmigrated from China to the US in 1980 and didn't speak a word of English and my dad worked so hard to provide for my mom he nearly died of internal bleeding in his 20s and broke his back in his 40s working to provide for us, but at least he didn't have to move from one mansion into another mansion

For me, the absolute worst way rich people can try to be “relatable” is when they will brag about how they still shop at Walmart. NO! That store is not for you! If you can afford to shop sustainably from companies who pay their employees a living wage and you choose not to, that’s not humble or relatable, that’s just gross!!!!!!

These kids are going to be miserable all their lives. They're being taught to not be happy with what they have. I used to play with this one cardboard box from our TV and pretend to be homeless. My parents bought me toys and cute Calvin Klein baby clothes until I was two then they gave up because I liked boxes and water bottles. *One day I came home from school and the box was gone. I haven't loved since.*

I kinda do feel bad for their kids though, having to move house so often at such young ages because their parents just have to get a bigger place, like, every year. My family moved once when I was 6, and that was really traumatic for me and my 8-year-old brother (he'd also been through an different move when he was about 2). I can't imagine how that would be for kids younger than that.

As someone with a physical disability I can relate to the stair thing but in a different way, it's tiring to keep going up and down when you have low stamina and endurance

My dad built a house with his bare hands, he worked hundreds of hours of physical labour over the course of 5 years while supporting a family of 4. This makes me so goddamn mad.

In the city I’m from, a family bought an entire school and shut it down so they could make it their house. One of the kids, who I went to middle school with was like “ugh I still have to share a room with my baby brother 😩” and that “bedroom” was the size of an entire fucking classroom.

I think the difference with Jenna is that she's never sponsored, never has mid-roll ads. She spent years saving up for that house and that's why she's humble about it. She very much gives off the message that if you work hard, you can have a nice house too. The flexers all made their money very quickly so they don't respect it as much.

There's nothing wrong with having nice things and some issues attached to them, the problem is that they're trying to pass it off as humble and relatable. Share how you spend your money, be proud of that but they also need to know their audience and know that the average viewer isn't going to relate to that.

I can really relate to the fitness gym thing. I work out in the garage, and the worst part is not the 100 degree heat in the summer, nor the 30 degree cold in the winter, it’s really the 45 second trip I take DOWNSTAIRS all the time

The wild thing about this to me is like…don’t you have interests? Wouldn’t you want to use this wealth to get into some kind of cool hobbies? Get someone to tutor you how to 3D model and make things with a high-end 3D printer. Do/fund some sort of niche area of research you’re fascinated by. Maybe one of your kids loves hockey, or fencing, or something, and you can use all that money to facilitate that love! But no - it’s just about their house. They’re boring people.

I just watched a documentary on Navy Seal training. There is this thing called “Hell Week”. It’s crazy and I just about lost all feeling in my legs when I saw what they have to go through. But I fainted when I heard about how hard the McBroom family has it. I hope they can come out on top of how terrible their lives are!

It's the perfect niceness ratio. Every room is not too big that it echos. I love the trees lining everything. (She has a pool but it's small enough that videos can actually be shot in it lol.) It's very comfy and it makes me happy, because I remember many years ago, how excited she was that she could actually buy a house. A happiness that she appreciates and has never taken for granted. I hope she's happy on her break. She deserves a vacation and she's given the public lots of content. I refuse to let myself be unhappy about it because I feel so entitled and selfish. I can't imagine the stress she must feel knowing how many people are upset she isn't posting content right now.
