This is truly evolving into an absolute beast, excellent stuff! I also noticed you have the Cursebringer Angel sprites from the original PS1 Baroque, first time I've seen them in a Doom mod.
Have you considered giving certain monsters the ability to track the player if they are bleeding like in Dino Crisis? Maybe if the player is not bleeding certain enemies are completely blind and deaf easily avoided thus saving resources.

Честно говоря почти все моды на дум казались мне одинаковыми, ведь обычно там все крайне просто и очевидно. Но тут человек буквально создал иммерсив сим в думе, удивительно что мод ещё не имеет крупную популярность.
Look here is my honest opinion its great mod in theory yes but also sadly seems to think difficulty equals scary when in fact it does not all it adds is frustration i wont say this mod is bad because it has many good things going for it the atmosphere the sounds and the monsters but making things more difficult just to try and make it scarier is not.
I was trying it for a while, cultists are very problematic, they do a lot of damage and sometimes they are erratic, it is not a problem, in fact it is fun

I ran into a strange thing, if you try to use the stands with liquids in them (the blue, yellow or red) i don't know the word for em, IV drips? you stare at them, the vision goes different you become stuck and then you die , is this a bug? if it's intended its kind of mean to do that.

In the settings when you are in a doom level (not the game settings but the settings you use to move around the buttons) there is an option to increase or decrease the transparency of the buttons
@@-PRO-log- How about if a mapset has custom enemies in it like say I dunno Unloved? That is a mod that would really synergize well with this if it works
