I never watched LOST but was always curious about it. So literally yesterday, I was watching another recaps channel and almost watched the LOST review but Man of Recaps is so much better than all the others. The comedy here is top notch. Thanks MOR!

I am at season 4 now. It's a confusing show. Season 1,2,3 are ok . Season 4 goes nuts. It's a nice show but not what i was expecting . It's more of a Sience Fiction series .

What this recap does really well is avoid sooooo many random things that were really random and interesting but the writers never paid off or explained. So it keeps the explanation of the story much more clear....well as clear as LOST can be.

@@craigswanson3641 Yeah, I feel like the first three seasons of lost were the best because the kept piling up mysteries, but in season 4 as they started paying off the suspense and revealing what was behind the mysteries the show fell apart because J. J. Abrahms is only good at starting things but not good at ending them and I stand by that after seeing the rest of his work since.

I’m always in awe of how the actor who played John Locke could portray the humbleness of pre- island John, the hubris of island John, and then the pure nefarious nature of smoke monster John. This show had some truly magical moments. Thank you!

Really? I'm pretty convinced that this is NOT a human being but a computerized image of what a human should look like. He's like a video game character. There's no way that this is a real person ... watch closer. I know that 99% of these, "Recap" videos are narrated with A.I. but this is the first time that I've actually SEEN the "man" behind the voice.

As a big fan of LOST, it isn't super complex. There was just so much that happened every week that watching it 7 days after the last episode just made it confusing. A really good complex series is DARK. I really recommend it. ManOfRecaps did a recap of it, but I honestly recommend going in blind.

@@balbright78 So I made it all the way through to the last episode during the original run and in my honest opinion, if it had been cancelled right after "not Penny's boat" there would have been significantly more cultural impact. Same with Game of Thrones right at the Red Wedding. I'm glad you liked the ending, I wish I did too, but I was terribly disappointed.

I recently decided to binge Lost again after 10 years and wow, I can't believe I *ever* thought this show was just "okay." It's brilliant!

I was always curious about this show but written up summaries were so convoluted and boring. This somehow tied it all together so well and great use of clips. Even though it's a recap, you still managed to keep the sense of mystery and strangeness that characterized the original. Thanks Recap Man!

21:14 - Actually, the LOST showrunners confirmed that the Island is *NOT* the afterlife (or purgatory). Everything that happened on the Island, really happened. My source is "LOST EXPLAINED," a channel dedicated to explaining the mythology and mysteries of LOST. It's absolutely phenomenal and I highly recommend that YT channel to any LOST fans that are curious, confused and/or frustrated with the show's unanswered mysteries. Also, thank you Man of Recaps!!
