My wife and i met Lou at megacon several years ago. He is one of the most amazingly kind hearted humans we've ever met. My wife is a childhood fan of his and was crying. He literally came out from behind his table and gave her a and my daughter a beautiful embrace. Super comforting.

@garyc4019 There are also celebrities at megacon that are paid to be there and do the bare minimum, others are still complete a-holes, but are being paid to be there. We paid some celebrities and others just started talking to us without payment. Being PAID doesnt make you a good or fake or bad person. He was gracious and kind because thats who he is! Now as me about Lou Farignou MY hero growing up and ill tell you that HE was the complete opposite of Lou and we paid MORE for a photo with him. Sad you feel the need to shyte on someones experience because youre cynical and miserable.
Hard pass. There was a time when Young Guns 3 would’ve made sense, but not now. I’m not a fan of remake’s, but I’ll take a remake of Young Guns over Young Guns 3.

I went to the same high school that Lou did and he came back to talk to us in Mrs. Chapman's theater class and he was just so damn nice to us. A true class act Lou is.

I was born in '89, grew up in the 90's and he's an actor I remember pretty well from my childhood. He always left an impression in any project he did, at least for me.
I wanna see Danny Trejo, Adam Beach, Lou, Graham Greene, and Wes Studi in some sort of drama/comedy together. or a thriller, or a horror, or whatever, I'd watch them in any movie

in all of his awesome roles, as an inuk kid from northeastern canada, he will always be Agagok to me in Shadow Of The Wolf, where he played an inuk hunter (inuit), and Jennifer Tilly was his wife.
Love him. Not very many actors on my list that I love but, he is definitely one of them. We met him at the Alamo Comic Con. He's so handsome and humble and watching his movies makes me feel so nostalgic and a bit teary! Where has the time gone 😪
Let’s go Morgan Creek get off your butts and let’s make a great movie. Nobody’s getting any younger and there seems to be a real desire for this. I for one would love to see this movie come to fruition. I grew up on the first movie, I loved the sequel and I’ve followed almost every actor from the films.
I mean....they all died. The only ine who canonically lived was Billy, so i suppose they could do a sequel with him in Mexico, bridging the gap between Garrett helping him fake his death and Billy coming back to New Mexico in the 30s. Also, i swear i heard somewhere that Young Guns 3 was actually happening, along with another Mighty Ducks movie. Mandala Effect?

Terry O' Quinn! Viggo Mortensen! You could definitely come up with some type of crazy script to bring back all these stars and characters and have it make sense!! Whether the stuff that happened to them was Spiritual or by old Legend Tall Tales!!
@joemckim1183 obviously you don't know what old long tails in the western days or what spiritual Indian beliefs are. Old long tails could be maybe Charlie Sheen didn't die they just thought he did and the tail was that he did which Emilio Estevez talked about in an interview. And the spiritual side which Lou Diamond Phillips in other interviews talks about maybe they're in some type of spiritual world now.
It's been a long time since I saw YG2, but I seem to remember it contradicted the ending of the first film and established facts, so I never took it that seriously. I still enjoy the original from time to time though.
When I think of Lou D Phillips two images come to mind. The first (for some reason) is him running into a den of vipers in some sci-fi flick from the 90's and the second is him saying "welcome to the red pony where it is a continual soiree". Dude's a legend.

Lou part where he talked about the raid n so the army could save bullets was Oscar worthy. I felt his pain n suffering n have never been close to anything that terrible but I could almost feel it. Amazing.

Young Guns was pure entertainment and I loved it! I hate sometimes it's a person or group or some corporate decision that stifles something from growing. It's just sad. We all have one life. Stop getting in the way of living!
In my early 20's I live with a buddy and one of us would grab dunkin donuts every night on the way home and we'd watch young guns 2. We did this for like 6 to 8 months. No idea why. I would be all over a part 3 no matter what they call it lol
